Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I’m sitting in the drive-through right now and the young lady that was in the window had horrible customer service. The young lady in drive through was rude not only to me but the staff helping on the outside. Of it wasn’t for her they could do much better!!!! The food was good, nice and hot the young ladies that were out front and took the orders. They were pleasant, but it took that one young lady to get upset when we let her know something was wrong with the root beer. Due to the customer service, I’m less likely to return

Took this photo as soon as I opened the box and realized I was skimped on the fries and sauce for the wings. Ordered a wings and things and it literally looks like a small handful of fries, not even enough to fill a kids meal fri. Most of the fries flat and crisp like scraps. The sauce on the wings is nonexistent, almost dry. 16 dollars wasted. Do better.

Slow slow slow!!! Ordered a 4 tender plate literally waited for 20 minutes along with 4 other cars they pulled up into parking spaces. So after I wait the guy runs past my car to give my food to another car?! Are you serious you guys are pulling up every car and not even paying attention to who ordered what. It’s ridiculous at this point. They are extremely slow

Everytime I go to this Zaxby's thru the drive thru, you get to the window, pay, they hand you your drink, and then they have you pull over in a parking space with about seven other people and wait for your food. I had actually forgotten that I was so angryl the last time I had to go in and finally get my food. Two other people were inside too wanting their food. Sadly I won't be going back. They did not do this until new renovations or management.

This location was terrible. AC was out until halfway through the meal so it was hot. The tables were gross. When my food was ready nothing was said. I had to go up and ask after others that came in after us were getting theirs. So, no telling how long it was sitting on the counter. Large fry was the size of a normal fry. Little to no seasoning on fries. Figured that was coimg so I asked for extra on the side. Had to ask 2x because they forgot to include it in the bag. Pass on this location

SLOW AND WRONG! fast food nowadays OSS expensive. 34.00 was spent on two orders of wings and things and it took 30 minutes for my food to come out and still be wrong! I had to ask numerous times for my food to come out hot because the first time it came out cold. The last time my food came out it looked tossed in there and i just gave up. Horrible. I will never come back here. Thank you to the young man working the drive thru and another young lady that was completely helpful. But the cooks in the back don’t know what they are doing. It was close to closing time and they were ready to go so they gave multiple people anything. That is so wrong. I could’ve taken my almost $40 that i spent and went somewhere else! Awful experience!

This Zaxbys was definitely better than the Locust Grove zaxs. Went Friday evening around 5 pm. Drive thru was a little busy but inside was pretty much empty. Yes, we waited for a while to get our food but at least it was hot. Zaxby's vs. cane's in McDonough GA. Zaxby's Wins easily. Zaxby's vs. chic fil a in McDonough GA. very close but Zaxby's Wins again. Zaxby's chicken fingers plate with seasoned fries, bread and Zax sauce.

I tried the lemon pepper flavor, and it was delicious. The gentleman who took my order and served me at the window was very pleasant as well. I think his name was Jacob.

Undermanned during dinner hours. It took 25 minutes to receive my order. Once we received our order, the food was cold, and the wings were very small and overcooked. Both indoor trash cans were overfilled; I had to put my trash on top of the trash bin. This management needs to pay closer attention to the amount of staff required during rush hour and the cleanliness of the restaurant.

I order 4 milkshakes online. Drove 15 mins to the store got a text that my order was ready. When I arrived I went through the drive thru just to be told they closed their milkshakes machine down already. Then was told I would have to wait a few days for my refund.
If yall are gonna shut down the milkshake machine at a certain time then maybe y'all should fix your online system were you can't order after a certain time (mind you I placed the order an hour and 15 mins before they closed). Big inconvenience for me to drive 15 mins out my way.

We ordered $58 worth of food just for it to come out cold and the fries were over salted
