I called off 3 phones at 8:00 pm and they were sending all calls to voicemail and hold to avoid taking anymore orders. Ridiculous honestly. I rather them just say they aren’t talking anymore carry out orders and I would’ve went else where but to blatantly ignore calls is bad customer service.

Great pizza, always delicious, service is lack luster. Always slow and the people are always nice, but many times you stand at the counter waiting while 4 people are within 6' of you and nobody even acknowledges you. Love the pizza, but that's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars, because of the service.

Lepomas makes a pretty darn good New York style pizza, which is admittedly difficult to find in Columbus. My boyfriend and I used to order take out from here often, but we recently stopped because the quality wasn't always consistent. Sometimes it would be great and other times it would be sloppily made or have burnt crust. Maybe it just depends who is on staff when you order, I'm not sure?? But for the price you pay, the pizza should be coming out great quality each and every time. I do think it's worth trying though because when they make it right, the pizza really is delicious!

Your pizzas are very good I know because I've had them however your service over the phone is horrible. I called to place an order and I was on hold for over 30 minutes and was hung up on I tried to order online at ure website as a guest and the Midland address would not even come up. Like a fool I called back but after 15 more minutes of being on hold I gave up. I will never order from your restaurant again and you call ureself a neighborhood pizzeria then you have the nerve to say while on hold that you can order online when you can't even do that. What a sorry business.

Mom ordered pizza and pasta online with grub hub delivery. Food never came and store will not answer phone. If you want to make sure you get your food try another pizza
Be weary placed online order over $50 of food was charged twice. Noticed immediately and spoke with manager at pickup. Was advised this was an frequently issue with online orders but no worries will correct. Gave plenty of time to correct 3 weeks before I called again. It's now been two months several calls and no action. So frustrating. Terrible customer service.

"in a brick oven"??? Stop! It's baked on a rotisserie! It's about the same as the national chain restaurant/fast food place! What a joke!!! And what is the calzone? It's a medium pizza flipped over! This place is a wannabe NY style pizza joint that will be out of business soon because of over priced, small quantity , poor quality food.

We saw largely take out business here. The pizza is obviously very popular. The staff is focused on making an excellent product, so it's counter service only. There are about 5 tall tables and 2 larger low tables. The pizza was outstanding. We usually go to Mellow Mushroom while in the area but this pizza is so much better! Absolutely loved the Park Avenue pizza. My son got the eggplant Parm which was excellent! We will definitely be back.
