No more fresh baked vibes, the sesame seed bagels hardly had any sesame seeds and had all the charm of a packaged bagel.
No souffles, no bear claws, hardly anyone on a Friday morning. Just a step above a vending machine. I won't be back. Oh, and no cosy fireplaces, it's an outpost sort of place.

Stop lieing to your customers!!!! On your app it says $1 Soup when you purchase an entree that is a lie. I tried to order it several times and was never able to. Every time it tries to charge full price for the soup even though it says it should be $1. Why do you advertise something and then not give it to your customers!!!!

Terrible terrible terrible.. I’ve tried this location 3 times. Every time the food is cold and nasty.. Employees need customer service training, but you can’t expect much if management is no better.. Will never go to Midland restaurant again.. I will stay with the one on Macon rd.. Retrain everyone please..

I’ve ordered from this location a few times, and usually Panera is very good, but this is the consistently the worst one I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve had avocado or eggs in my salads, they have been bad (brown or taste spoiled). The customer service has been less than ideal as well. Today I got the completely wrong soup and due to diet restrictions I’m unable to eat it.

So today I came to one of my child hood favorite restaurants and had bit of a problem. One of my friends who works up here was with me as well. Due to her working here she gets a free meal. After the kind lady Ms. brook rung us up and I paid $16.66 for my meal the manager came and tried to fact check her about me paying for my meal. I felt uncomfortable and targeted because she did not do it to any other associate who was paying for their meal while we were waiting to order.

I will not visit this location again the manager Kay was very rude and condescending. They told me I could not order from the counter and after trying to use the Kiosk I made my order and waited they told me they ran out of the food I ordered. The employees are very rude. I will never go to this location again. The food is not very good at this location and to ask people to come in and pay the price they are asking and get treated bad is unacceptable. My suggestion is to visit the many alternatives that are around this location and do not make this a stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner unless you want to get treated bad and have food that is not very good.

This is an outstanding place to eat !!!! The food is the best quality!! The customer service I out of this world, the associates remember you by name and truly care to serve their customers. I am thankful that we have one in Midland now.

When we get food to go they always seem to get the order wrong. We order bowls of soup and get the cups. We order sandwiches and get 1/2 or left out completely. We drive several miles to get our order, get home and it’s wrong. Tonight we got a order and wrong again but we checked it before and got it right before leaving.

I’ve tried this location a few times. Each time the food was lack luster. I ordered chicken noodle soup and it was all noodles. My tuna fish sandwich had a tub of salt. I ordered a cinnamon roll but at this location, it was a danish with frosting. Currently, I’m no long a fan of Panera. This is reminding me of some bad hospital food.

I’ve been here a few times, and every time I over through the drive thru, my order is either wrong or missing items. First it was missing all the sides, chips, apples, etc. another time items I order with customized ingredients were wrong, and so on. Each time is something. Last order I asked for a break bowl, and a regular bowl of a different kind of soup, ended up not having the bread bowl in my bag. All in all, seemingly small stuff, but it’s every time I eat there something is messed up. Employees are polite, so I don’t chalk this up to employees being malicious. Perhaps they’re understaffed or some such?
The new Panera Bread in Midland is fantastic. Definitely the best one I have ever ate at.
