They always charge me if I get something, but never give me what I ordered you the wrong order or I have missing stuff in my bag almost every time I go. Which sucks because all the other Taco Bell’s are too far away to drive

Terrible service. They were too lazy to give us Baja blast from behind the counter. The one in the dining area was out, the one begin the counter worked. I asked for one behind the counter worked, and the lady wouldn’t fill our drink. She got upset because I asked. I ordered my daughter two cheese roll ups and they didn’t put any cheese on them. I was literally a rolled up tortilla wrap. This should be an absolute embarrassment to the franchise. The employees were laughing about not filling out drink. They were cursing the whole time. This is a joke of an establishment. The only people to apologize were other customers. It was a waste of money and time.

I ordered a soft taco meal extra beef and sour cream and I got grease soaked tacos. Literally soaked through the bag.
This location should close down. I come here once a month just to see if anything has changed and they still don’t get anything right. It’s a shame on such a well known franchise that the owner/manager doesn’t care about all these negative reviews. There is a reason your drive thru is always empty and I’m shocked y’all haven’t went out of business yet.

I ordered on the app in the hopes that it would be relatively quick. Boy was I WRONG! it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our food. The food was mediocre and not all of it correct. The 3 people working didn't care at all, even after asking about my order. Will go out of my way to go to another Taco Bell. SAVE YOUSELF, GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
