First McDonald's to get my entire order correct AND all the food was fresh and made quickly. Will definitely be back.
We came in around 10 tonight with our high school softball team. The staff was friendly and courteous. The food was hot and delicious. The service was fast. We are so appreciative since we had already stopped at one McDonald’s and were refused service because of a lack of employees.
Why are we trying to save money on the hot fudge portion of the hot fudge sundae. I mean c'mon.

McDonald's in Midway is a typical fast-food spot, only open late at night. The service is pleasant, and recent reviews highlight a significant improvement in customer experiences. The drive-thru can affect the atmosphere rating, but during peak hours, the food quality is better, especially during breakfast and lunch. Recently, customers reported that the food was fresh, with hot fries and quick service. The staff has been noted for their friendly demeanor and attentiveness, ensuring needs are anticipated, such as providing napkins and ketchup packets. However, outside peak hours, the food may not be as hot or fresh. The manager is praised for overseeing operations and ensuring that staff provide exceptional customer service, leading to positive experiences. Inconsistent experiences across McDonald's locations suggest a need for improved focus on fast food quality and customer service.
