This was a while ago and I have no idea why I don’t leave a review at first. Stupid of me! Dirty and uncomfortable in there, felt like I needed hand sanitizer after touching everything. But that doesn’t hold a candle to what happened! I was with my mom, dad and sister and we had got our food and I was getting a coke. As I walked back I look and saw TONS OF BABY ROACHES IN MY DRINK. I mean at least 20! I was disgusted. We didn’t leave for some stupid reason. Now they did give us sodas from a can to replace, but still. I almost gave it 2 stars just for that, but as I’ve seen the other reviews reporting bugs and roaches, I knew I couldn’t, because that means it’s happened before and they’re just generally unclean! Hopefully they’ve changed.

Absolutely awful experience here. Just came here with my friends, the chunky short black guy who works here was extremely rude and yelled at my friends across the restaurant. Will be calling food inspection as well, this business has awful employees and their service has obliged me to report them for their health issues too. The manager here needs to be contacted about employment because the employees are incredibly rude. Please fix this.

The manager was extremely disrespectful and chased me and my friends down because of a water Cup incident that wasn’t even true he threatened to kick us out multiple times, even though we paid for our meals. He is so weird. He had a ponytail and glasses and made us feel very uncomfortable.

i would love to give this location no stars but sense it isn’t possible… the staff is so insanely rude. this business stole 17 dollars from my girlfriend after refusing to do her togo order and got mad at me for not waiting through the line to pick up my togo order. business is dirty. manager wouldn’t refund or make the order. toilet’s overflowing, and miserable staff. the same as chipotle except they make you feel like a disappointment here. the manager is absolutely ridiculous. the two younger girls were the best ones here.
They are very rude. I am a student here and everytime I come here they are rude. I can’t explain how frustrating it is and how many times I have come here and they are rude. It makes me so mad. Don’t come here!!!

Got a water cup instead of getting 8 salsa cups which fills up a water cup to lid that I normally get recently I just started back going because of the better service and food but instead tonight voiced across the restaurant that I can’t get that much and I have to pay for it when I got two order so I proceeded to get my 4 cups that he said I could only get per order which there is no sign for posted that it’s the only amount we can get which I think it’s just because after 8 they rush and turn off the sign because he’s ready to go and don’t want to refill anything and use the same spoon for different things causing cross contamination if you come in after 8 you are a nuisance and I’m not ordering here again

This used to be my go-to spot after class for years. Recently it has gone massively downhill. Everytime I walk into the store, I can expect to be treated as if I’m a nuisance. Management is outwardly disrespectful. The overall lack of care and professionalism is downright disrespectful. You will see so many other reviews like mine recently became the universal experience is to be treated like you are inconveniencing the staff, even though you just want a burrito. It’s very unfortunate to see the rapidly spiraling downfall of Barberitos in Milledgeville.
