My daughter bought me an ice cream cake for my birthday. It was labeled Oreo ice cream and chocolate cake. When we cut it that night, it was not Oreo it was Mint Chocolate Chip. None of us like Mint Chocolate chip. My daughter called back and told what happened. Employee had to call store manager to find out what to do about it. I’m tired of ordering what I want through the drive thru going to the window and the entire Order WRONG it’s not once or twice it’s all the time . I go into the store and and I’m treated like I caused the issue . The Mgr is rude and condescending . Then you want me to pay again because you don’t want to make it right ! Starbucks here I come
