Custard was outstanding and every one was fast and friendly. The restaurant especially the kitchen area was in disarray and did not seem clean.

The restaurant was somewhat clean. The table was sticky so where the floors . Some of the Employees where hanging out sitting around talking.

Started off a little rough. Food was originally made pretty badly. Returned it and got some of the best customer service I've had in a long while. Manager was fantastic but did not get his name. Wanted to say thank you for taking care of us and making it right.

We arrived after the lunch rush and the ladies room toilet had a trash bag in it. Then ordering food seemed like the last thing the register worker wanted to do. After our delicious meal I wanted a milkshake for the road, but no one was there to order from, so I placed the order online. The order just sat there. I went to the burger line and asked if anyone was going to make the custard this afternoon, but they said they were not clocked in and they had to find someone to make it. I don't know if this was a one-off or a norm at this location.

Dietary restrictions: They will lettuce wrap your burger to be keto or gluten sensitive.

Kid-friendliness: Excellent kid options!

We waited over 5 minutes to be served, while the workers were outside smoking. Very poor customer service, they saw us walk in, but we still waited. Bathrooms are dirty and no soap. The entire restaurant needs a good cleaning.

Got there at 4:40 pm, we sat at the only semi-clean table. The larger of two employees were at a table, I assume he was the manager cause he took a phone call and said loudly he interviewed someone. The smaller employee was on his phone with his chair in the middle of the walkway. The larger one went back to the kitchen area and was talking very loudly, yelling but not in an angry tone, but far too loud. The French fries were very overcooked and tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in far too long. The only reason for 3 stars is because the young lady behind the counter was very sweet and personable.

We love the veggie burgers and fries here. Their fries are my favorite of any fast food place I have tried.
