My husband took me here today for my birthday. It was our first time visiting and we loved it. Our waitress was extremely friendly and stayed on top of things. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. My husband got fried rice with steak. The steak was super tender and good. I got two sushi rolls and both were amazing. We will definitely be returning soon! ❤️
I love Shima’s food, but I’m super disappointed in the new look. It doesn’t feel remotely Japanese, and everything that was homey and comfortable about it before is gone. Now it’s all white walls and open space. It feels like a prep school cafeteria and I miss the old look.
Enjoyed my meal at Shima and my server Lexie was so pleasant and friendly! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that our meal was as ordered. 10/10 will definitely dine here again!
