“Absolutely the place to go when in this area! ESPECIALLY around St. Patrick’s Day. They do it up! Great events! PHENOMENAL food…the kind of food that’s an experience! I recommend the Scotch eggs, buffalo chicken sandwich is the best you’ll ever have anywhere, the Guinness French onion soup will make you grimace at any other French onion soup after you’ve had theirs! You can’t find better. Their Monte Cristo is also insane and so fun to eat! Staff is always wonderful and the atmosphere is amazing!!! The whole place is a 💯. We try to come here a few times a year even though we live over an hour away. I can’t say enough good things. Ps. Ask for a snug and a mule. (Although my husband always has a well poured Guinness.) They are the only place that does it like the authentic Irish pubs in Ireland.“

“Celebrated my birthday here with my girlfriends. I chose Mac McGee's because I wanted a Guinness. Got my Guinness and so much more. The shepherds pie was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their food. The desserts are AMAZING! Who would think? You have to try them. Comfy pub atmoshere felt like we were in the UK. And best of all - our server and bartender, Dustin and Fred were on top of everything we needed. It was just the two of them, with a full house, but we nevert wanted for anything. And they are very nice and friendly to boot. Highly recommend!! We'll be back soon!“
