I love our Dunkin but I do think an etiquette class should be required. I hate it when I've had to ask for something I get no eye contact and a vague response, and when I try to tell them thank you for taking the time to fix my order I get no eye contact or response. They don't want customers being rude but when a customer is being kind and appreciative they are the ones being rude to us. It's important to give the same respect to customers as you expect them to...
