I love coming here. There are some workers here that go above and beyond and are very pleasant. There is only one that I did not have a good experience with recently who had an attitude about making my drink. Otherwise, DD is my go to place.

The staff have been friendly and they get my order right most of the time but there’s been many times where my order was wrong or they charged me for extra bacon but forgot to put it with my order. I’ve lost around 30$ like this. I haven’t gone back yet because I keep losing my receipts and I never have time in the morning to go back to fix it.

Love it when it's good, frustrating when it's not. Their coffee and donuts can be great, but my orders are often wrong or missing items. Some days they're out of stuff too. Staff's usually friendly, though. I wish they'd get their act together, but until then, it's a gamble every time I walk in.
