We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Steven, and I can honestly say he is one of the best servers we have ever met. From the moment we sat down, Steven was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. He anticipated every need without us even having to ask and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our visit.
His knowledge of the menu was impressive—his recommendations were spot-on, and every detail was delivered with a smile and such positive energy that it made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. He managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive, striking the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism.
Steven truly goes above and beyond—his passion for great service shines through in every interaction. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your server, you’re in for a fantastic experience! We will definitely be coming back, thanks to him.

We haven't been to Applebee's in at least 5 years. We decided to give it a try tonight. The hostess was friendly and sat us immediately.
Steven was our server. He was very friendly and personable. He made polite conversation with our kids and made us feel like valued guests. He kept our drinks full and checked on us frequently.
The food was about what we expected so no complaints there. The brownie bite was delicious. Based on this visit, we'll definitely go back.
