When we arrived at Applebee's on December 30th there was no one to greet us. Many tables still had not been cleared off. We sat ourselves and there was only one other table occupied. We sat there and no one came to take our order my daughter looked around and found menus so we still waited to even be acknowledged that we were there. 10 minutes later we got up and left and there was still no one there too take our order. There was finally one girl that came out and cleared one table while we were sitting there. Will never go back.

We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Steven, and I can honestly say he is one of the best servers we have ever met. From the moment we sat down, Steven was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. He anticipated every need without us even having to ask and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our visit.
His knowledge of the menu was impressive—his recommendations were spot-on, and every detail was delivered with a smile and such positive energy that it made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. He managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive, striking the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism.
