Got a shake four days ago through the drive thru that was unfinished with no whipped cream, and hadn’t been mixed. I politely asked if it could be stirred or mixed, and the employee snapped back with a mean attitude and doubted me. It wasn’t even for me and I don’t like being negative, but this was not an enjoyable fast food experience!

This particular Arby's was very good. The staff helped with a gift card and helped me find the best deal.As usual, roast beef was top notch. The beef and cheddar was its usual tasty treat. They "Have the meats," and damn they are good. This Arby's has a very helpful staff, very clean and seemed very family friendly.Parking: Very convenient location. Several handicapped spaces in front of the side door. It appeared that there were ample spaces. The spaces are large enough for bigger SUVs.

Very slow drive thru. Sat in drive thru for over 15 minutes. Got to window and my order was wrong then they acted like they couldn't understand Greek gyro meat. Another 5 minutes.
Shaenne, is the ONLY reason I gave a star.!!! Her customer service was on time and Awesome!
