Barberitos

We eat here a lot. I was happy to see an offer for a bonus $5 gift card with purchase of a $25 card. So I go for the offer, only to discover, several screens into the process, that there is a $2.50 "digital services fee." Come on guys. This really leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Food is tasty like standard barberitos, but the portion size is terrible, customer service is non-existent, and this time I was over charged due to the manager ringing me up foe items individually. I won't be returning. Moe's I goes. :(

The manager is unfriendly and hostile toward our family, and overcharged us every time we came. I love the food, but the customer service is non-existent.

I went in and got food for my husband. It was fine up until you got to where they serve the lettuce. They do use gloves, but the cross contaminate their food. They need to use tongs and not their hands. They use the same gloves for everyone. Here is the thing you do not know what food allergies people have. Tongs is necessary.

Let me start by saying the food was superb and exceeded our expectations. That said, line was out the door due to extremely slow employees with very little customer service skills. Training is needed to make this place a better experience, next time I’ll order it to-go.

My first time at barberitos was pleasant ? The customer service was great. The food is delicious ? I had the spicy chicken burrito bowl ? the quality of the food was delicious and the servings? let's just say it's very plentiful .you'll get your money's worth that's for sure

We LOVE the Monroe Barberitos! The food is delicious and healthy. The employees are friendly, courteous, and helpful. We would eat there every day if we could. HOWEVER, I’m not giving 5 stars because dining room CLEANLINESS is a huge issue. Tables and counters need to be wiped, surface areas of the trash disposal bin should be wiped and swept around, and the entire dining room floor DESPERATELY needs to be swept and especially MOPPED often. All of these things should be done regularly and frequently. This is such an excellent restaurant in so many ways, it is disappointing that these cleanliness concerns are not being addressed.
