Wasn’t worth the money I spend 15 dollars for a little bit of food yeah will not again

I just paid $15 dollars for a bowl and a regular drink. My bowl was maybe 1/4 full. I got a tiny sprinkle of cheese. Waste of money.

Disappointing edit: After now visiting twice since my review both visits have been disappointing. From missing items, to just adding little ingredients to orders. Looks like I will be making the trip to the Epps bridge location.

I absolutely love Barberitos. When Monroe got one I was super excited. Then they updated their app, The rewards alone keep me coming back.

Let me put you on to their sauces!! I get the southwestern vinaigrette in my burrito with the chipotle ranch, give her a go.

I unfortunately am now very displeased with the lunch crew here.

The dinner crew gets it done now! Don’t wait, get on down there and order you a burrito.

My lunch order yesterday was VERY LACKING in my toppings. I just couldn’t believe I had only 4 tomatoes, almost non existent veggies, 2 beans and a piece of corn in an entire burrito I had to take progress photos. Flabbergasted. 😂😂

Will be back for dinner only.

Oh, this place was really dirty, the staff are not friendly. The food was horrible. This would be the last place I would eat at In Monroe. I ordered a burrito bowl For my daughter and I I got a large cheese dip for myself, but they only gave me one little bag of chips. So with the burrito bowl, it comes with chips that you pay for and with the cheese dip you also should get a bag of chips. But this woman explained to me that if you order your food separately, you would get a bag of chips with each meal, but if you order two meals, you only get one bag of chips so I suggest if you do eat at this place make sure you pay separately so you can get what you actually pay for. Otherwise, you’re paying extra for the bag of chips that’s supposed to come with the meal.

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING THAT THEY ADVERTISE JALAPENO CREMA AND FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS HARDLY EVER HAVE IT. stop advertising what you dont have. The amount of times my husband has been SO excited to go, and I now have to call to make sure they have the crema because he literally WONT go if they dont. 6 times now- we've gotten something different because it was unavailable. Take it off your sign or make it daily like you're advertising.

I came there yesterday there was one person in line that was still telling two people what they wanted to eat at the start of the line, accept there was no line! I walked to the register to purchase one bag of tortilla chips nothing more nothing less. I told two different people that were at the counter that all I wanted was a bag of chips which could've been rang up while I was standing there for 20 minutes. There was a guy with dark hair that was waiting to ring up the order that hadn't even been prepared yet "he" could have rang up the one bag of chips that I was trying to get. While he stood there waiting for that order to be prepared by the other employee. The other young lady came up that was preparing the food to attempt to ring the young lady up before me. I don't know if that was the issue I don't know how it was the issue and I was only purchasing one bag of tortilla chips. And they were still preparing that person's food she was still telling them what she wanted on whatever she was getting and that was taking some time nonetheless I stood there and waited to get the bag of chips that I had asked for 15 minutes ago they could have been rang it up while they were preparing the other person's food. They told me OK we're sorry we'll get that for you I'm looking at a big white box that says tortilla chips directly behind the guy with the dark brown hair with the cap on that was at the register. No one ever got the chips they were still trying to ring up the lady that they were still preparing her food. So she comes down to the end to pay for the food didn't have exact change had to run to her car even at that point they could've said well hey ma'am let's go ahead and rang you up for the one bag of tortilla chips that you're trying to order. It never happened I walked out no chips horrible customer service the employees here need to be trained on customer service and how to remain hospitable with all customers not just the one that they're preparing the food for and it doesn't take two people to prepare one order! Beyond disappointing

Loved here until new workers came and now the portions are small, always out of toppings, and no care whatsoever.

Chicken is seasoned so well ! Portions are good and the chipotle ranch is just the perfect sauce to complete the meal. And of course you can never go wrong with guacamole on the side !

Love Barberitos @ Monoe Pavillion. Big portions and great taste. Prices are reasonable especially if you have left overs for lunch. The only thing wrong tonight was an ingredient that was specifically noted to not include. Oh well still ate it, still enjoyed it.
