We LOVE the Monroe Barberitos! The food is delicious and healthy. The employees are friendly, courteous, and helpful. We would eat there every day if we could. HOWEVER, I’m not giving 5 stars because dining room CLEANLINESS is a huge issue. Tables and counters need to be wiped, surface areas of the trash disposal bin should be wiped and swept around, and the entire dining room floor DESPERATELY needs to be swept and especially MOPPED often. All of these things should be done regularly and frequently. This is such an excellent restaurant in so many ways, it is disappointing that these cleanliness concerns are not being addressed.

Never get what we actually order. Food is as close to gross as it comes. When this one opened it was decent. I’m done with getting ripped off. I ordered a salad WITH THE SHELL. Not a bowl. Got a cold disgusting bowl so did my husband. Don’t get the sauces we ordered either. Nice bowl of lettuce. All around bad. Hard pass from now on. Place also looks dirty.

Whoever the female manager is at Barberitos needs to get out of the customer service industry. She was rude and very argumentative about everything, even with my 14 yr old son.He ordered a quesadilla, she started making a burrito, he corrected her once and said quesadilla again and she continued making a burrito. Finally she moved it to the next person and my son said that's supposed to be a quesadilla and she got an attitude and said, "no I heard you say burrito" and acted like my son was the problem.This was also after she got an attitude with me because I asked about the price difference on the size of tortilla.Food is always great and I enjoy Barbs but I will likely stay away if she continues to treat customers and kids the way she does.

10/10 dining experience. Every time I walk into this wonderful place of cuisine my expectations are exceeded every time. The food is immaculate and the flavors combine to make the greatest burritos in all of existence. I can not express enough how truly gratified I am to be apart of the customer base at this wonderful restaurant. Service is amazing and I was greeted kindly when I walked in and served with the utmost haste. This food is a must have and I have recommend it to my close family and distant cousins.

I come here 4 times a week, the prices are very reasonable and the service is great. The food is absolutely to die for, I would definitely give this place a 10/10. If you go ask for Molli she is the best, she is a sweetheart and she will take good care of you. Molli will make sure the food is exactly what you wanted and makes sure you have no problems and leave better than you came in. I will definitely continue to come here 4 times a week as normal because this is the absolute best place on earth. It’s my home away from home.
