I’ve always loved going to the Blue Rooster. However, the past few months they have not had the pasta salad available. It’s my favorite so I end up with chips or potato salad. I get that you may not have it sometimes but this has become all the time. Also service with very young girls working is not great. Hope it improves soon.

We love to stop in when we are in Monroe!! The only downside is we wish they were open a little later in the evenings. They have the best variety and the freshest desserts ever!! Stop by and check them out.

I had ordered an 8-in round vanilla cake with buttercream icing. they did a beautiful job decorating the cake it's gorgeous. however the icing is so thick and so sweet that it's disgusting. I have two videos I could post and some pictures but I don't know how to upload them on here but let me just say that you could peel the icing off of the cake because it is so thick almost like fondant but I ordered buttercream in addition the cake cracked. I didn't notice when I picked it up it must have been on the back side. very disappointed for an $80 cake. I didn't ask for a labret decorations very simple as a matter of fact. The actual vanilla cake was delicious with the icing ruins the cake.

I walked in this place (for the 1st time) today, while in the area for business. It was approx 10:40 am. As I walked in there was a customer seated to my right and 3 employees behind the counter (chatting amongst themselves). Not once did they pause to acknowledge me entering the store. I stood at the ordering area and no one offered to help. In fact one of the young ladies walked right past me (headed to the back) and still didn't udder a word. That was enough for me to leave and not purchase a thing. As was walking towards the door to exit, I still wasn't acknowledged. I noticed the grade of 85 -B and it definitely suites this place, if it was based off of customer service.
