Stopped on way home today. I ordered a ham biscuit with extra ham and bo rounds at 6pmish. My food was freshly prepared and the service was good. Great biscuit and I love a well prepared bojangles biscuit and y’all delivered. Thanks

Nice people
Visited at around 7:30. Very dark. No exterior lights. Young woman taking our drive-thru order was completely clueless. Had to pull to the window for the cook to come help us place our order. No training that I could see. Food was the same as at any other BoJangles. Everything was cooked fresh. So there’s that anyway.

I love stopping by Bojangles. I like to order 2 breasts and a biscuit, take to work and share. I swear, price ranges from about 6-10 dollars. No uniform use of the register. Foods good, people nice...pricing and policy is unique to this store, all the other stores just upcharge.not create a meal that costs so much.

I just went through the drive thru over here. I paid extra for a large. They filled the large container up halfway and when I asked why it was only halfway full the lady inside, who I’m assuming was their manager, told me that 10 borounds make a large. I am livid. The whole way through the drive thru the lady was rude, the lady inside acted like I was stupid, and 5 of 10 of my borounds are burnt and taste old. Ive never been to a bojangles that treated people like this or gave out a half full container or gave out old nasty food. I don’t even think they gave me a receipt. I’m livid.

They don’t care about quality! I’ve ordered food too many times for it to be just a fluke and every time I get a biscuit that’s hard as a rock can’t eat ..! The boberry biscuits I ordered this morning were rocks with icing, I wasted money chunked them in the garbage Never again will I spend a dollar here done with this place!
Excellent location. Drive thru is fast and productive. Never once messed up my order. TRY A CAJUN BISCUIT!!

I came. I pulled up in the drive-through sat there for I know probably a good seven minutes. Nobody says anything I speak. I say hello still nothing so I pull around and go inside and I’m the only customer I go inside and there’s about seven people cuddled up at the drive-through just chitchat. That’s ridiculous and I guarantee one of those were a manager. Y’all should really do better. Y’all need to do something about that Store it’s not went downhill like everything for the price that you were paying for your food and stuff y’all should do better. Do you wanna know why your business is down? That’s why right there and the poor quality of the food you need to hire people that care and if you don’t like your job, then I don’t wanna do it right then quit not shard people work hard for their money so they want their food that’s edible and hot and fresh. It’s really crazy when you’re I’m in a hurry to get to work and you go in and everybody standing around just chitchat never even stopped to chat when we came in. I was the only customer there After I came in other people came in and I just looked. They didn’t even get my order right it’s crazy do better people.

I was afraid to eat there after seeing the bathroom sink was black never cleaned floor had pee on it and the toilet had poop on it so do not come here

Drive thru lady was rude. Acted disinterested to take my order. Same lady was smacking gum in the microphone as she took my order. Food tasted like it had been sitting a while and the order was wrong. Management needs to get some control.

food is average at best even for fast food. The amenities are not clean, even the speaker in the fast food line is not understandable with either technical glitches or user errors or both. What contributes to most is the attitude, or lack thereof because the give-a- crap level is low, and it really stems from the management team there because that's exactly how they are. Surprised this one stays in business.

This place was filthy dirty and disgusting. All tables had not been cleaned. Staff seem indifferent served up on an “I don’t care” attitude. Chicken pieces were small.
