News flash for you bozos, When people mention seasoning the meat, They don't mean way overcoat it in pepper and spice. There is a reason you do most your business in the morning and not for dinner, No one wants that much pepper and spice in a damn chicken leg. Wont be back. Kfc knows how to make fried chicken. You. Only know how to serve a pepper shaker.

My husband and I went to the drive thru this morning and the food was great however the service left much to be desired. The person taking our order yelled at my husband "What you want to drink?" She did this after she thought he didn't answer her quick enough the first time she asked. Then at the window he wasn't given his drink. The young boy at the window shut the window after giving him food and when he sat there waiting on the drink the kid said rudely "What you waiting for?" The food was good but the attitudes need to be addressed.

Got there at 9:20pm and went to the drive thru. Waited for 3 minutes and drove up to the window. Waited another 4 minutes until a young black lady comes from out of the shadows and said they were closed. Mind you, they’re suppose to close at 10pm.

Breakfast has always been fast and good consistently.
Just got home with my food & realized that i paid for a large combo meal but they basically gave me a small Bo Rounds! I’m extremely annoyed! If it wasn’t raining, i would go back! & the drive thru lady is kinda rude.

Drove up an hour after opening and no one answered the intercom. Circled the place once, locked eyes with someone, and still couldn't reach anyone on the intercom. I left after two vehicles waiting behind me decided to leave as well. I cant call it horrible service because I didnt even get any lol.

Just went there and got a tailgate box. The idiots didnt give me any gravy for the mash potatoes. I call to complain to the manager and she says she would take my name to give me some gravy on my next trip. I asked, what good is gravy by itself. She gets to yelling at me and hangs up the phone. I wont be back!
