We were pleasantly surprised at how great the quality of the Food, Service and overall experience here at Charlie’s cheesesteaks in Monroe. We did not expect to get five star service on a fast food store. And the quality of the meat was phenomenal! We would definitely come back, not just for the food, but for the friendly and very accommodating staff.

We went here after an event nearby. My kids ordered the bbq boneless wings and said they were the best she ever had. The chicken cheesesteak and Philly cheesesteak was very good

Staff and owner are beyond kind and accommodating. They consistently checked on guest the entire time we were there. We ordered wings and a kids plate. Wings and fries both came out hot and fresh. In my opinion, they have the best wings in Monroe. Portion sizes for kids plate was a little large, but no complaints here - just means lunch for tomorrow.

This visit to Charley's has been very impressive. My food was made to order so it was fresh and hot. It was a good serving size for what I paid. I received table service to ensure I had everything I needed during my visit. They even refilled my drink at the table. The staff was patient, courteous and kind which made my vist to Charley's a pleasurable experience.
