Great food. Fast service.

The sandwich was genuinely awful. The food I received was the worst ever and I’m serious. There was nothing to the $9 sandwich. The workers both were annoyed they even had to work and the gentleman spent a lot of time in the bathroom and the walking around. I’m genuinely so confused how they thought this was okay. They put the sandwich like this open….so they knew what they were serving. Wildddddd

This is our first time at Charlie’s Cheesesteak and man the customer service is top notch. Zain the cashier told us these are not our recipes, these are your recipes enjoy. Since it was our first time here he gave us a 10% discount. We will be returning

Been putting off trying charleys for months and finally gave in. Sooo disappointed. Got the bacon 3 cheese steak, prime bbq cheese steak and Philly cheese steak. I was trying to post pictures of my food but didn't have the option. The bacon steak had one limp slice of bacon , hardly any toppings and just mild salt taste. The bbq sandwich did not have the onions or jalapenos it was supposed to and only had one slice of bacon. Again, it hardly had any toppings. The only thing I could taste was the bread and bbq sauce. Oddly, my wife's philly had more than twice the meat mine had, go figure. Sadly, her sandwich was bland and tasted nothing like a cheese steak. The two good things were the Cajun fries and the lemon pepper wings which were nice and crispy. At least now I know what I'm not missing and I wish I could get at least some of my $40 back. Normally I don't believe in accepting food that isn't prepared correctly but honestly, I didn't want them to remake it because I didn't care to try it again. Wonder if that's why the restaurant was empty?

The owner took our order and was so very kind. The bathrooms were quite clean. This was our first visit and we will definitely come back again!

My daughter & i came in halloween night right before time for them to close & we were greeted by Charlie. Most places would had hated to see us coming that late & while already cleaning however not Charlie. He even gave us free drinks & my daughter a coupon for a free ice cream for her next visit! Very hospitable. The food was hot & delicious. It was clean & the atmosphere was upbeat. He even had candy out for trick or treaters. He's new to the area but he will be a great addition to the Monroe community. Im excited to see how they grow. Highly recommend.
