I visited this Resturant and ordered a four count chicken mini breakfast. I asked for the minis without honey butter. The supervisor told me that they do not offer specialised service and that is just their store policy.If you are service the public and are unwilling to offer a simple compromise; one like please hold the butter off four of your chicken minis, because I do not eat butter and you can’t do that, you are, CERTAINLY, not thinking about service to your customer. You are concerned only with your bottom line.I’ve been to countless Chick-fil-A stores and this is the first on to tell me this.I'd never recommend anyone to your store.

It was so busy there was no sitting inside, but thankfully they had outdoor seating. The food was good though!
The staff made sure it was a pleasure and the grilled nuggets were heavenly.

The two things that I like about Chick-fil-A is their food consistency and their courtesy/customer service. Both are just another level up from their competition. I am pretty simple when it comes to their combos. I almost always get their #1 with the sandwich. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend this location.

Cashier Madison in a red shirt with long blonde hair never smiled. She spoke so depressed and low it was hard to hear her. She asked what dressing for my wrap meal but didn't give it to me. I stood at the counter as workers walked past me. They didn't ask what I needed. I called the restaurant and another Madison in a Grey shirt answered the phone. I told her that I was right in front of her and needed the dressing and that the cashier should not the friendly person I have come to expect from the restaurant chain. The best person there was a lady cleaning the lobby, Myrna. She apologized for the bad experience. Myrna's attitude is what used to be normal for chik-fil-a.
My kids loved the play area and kids meals, and the meat was juicy and perfectly cooked.

we went through the drive through like usual, i dont know if the girl was new, but my mom ordered a southwest salad with acv dressing. got the dressing but didn’t get the right salad, she got a strawberry salad instead. the rest of the food was correct but we didn’t get chic fil a sauce like we asked, we got 4 polynesians (we did want those), we didn’t get straws or napkins either, this chicfila is going downhill. maybe we could use another one to ease the stress and spread out the people
