Definitely does not Deserve the three stars that has been rated. Restaurant was dirty, water in the floor, windows dirty. The guy taken our order was also taking the window drive up orders. I couldn’t tell if he was talking to me or to the people at the drive thru My blizzard was half melted Definitely won’t go there again

Was just at the window, the employee at the window coughed on my spoon handed it to me, then closed the window and proceeds to put my lid on my blizzard while doing so she puts her thumb in my blizzard and then smiled, 8 dollars down the drain..did not eat it!

Their ice cream is always melted. Every blizzard or cone we have ordered in the last few months were melted. When I spend $7 on a blizzard I would love to be able to enjoy it instead of dumping it down the drain. The blizzards need to be served upside down like the other local dairy queens to make sure it's right.

Blizzard only had smores add in for about 1 1/2 Inches of the blizzard on a medium. 90% was plain ice cream. Oreo shake was like drinking milk. 1st & last time at this location.

Want to charge almost 10$ for chicken strip jacket only not the meal but the chicken strips are like 1.5in long. I wouldn't mind if the tenders where normal sized

It’s absolutely crazy when I say to “Please add extra, EXTRA” of something in my blizzard & then the worker repeats exactly what I said back to me to confirm it…but then, the extra items that I asked for and PAID for are in fact NOT added in my blizzard. I would love to be refunded for the extra stuff that I asked for and was not given. I wouldn’t care for a refund honestly, but this has happened so many times at this location at this point.

It's OK if desperate for some ice cream. My blizzard was pretty much melting before they handed it over through the drive through window.

Always good food and desserts. Not much interior seating space, so made it take out instead of dining in. Somewhat dark and did not feel clean inside.
