I hate ordering delivery from this store. Tonight it took over an hour and a half for delivery. Pizza was barely warm when it was delivered, dry with hardly any sauce and full of air bubbles and 2” of crust with nothing on it.

This dominos won’t deliver to my street that’s only 2.2 miles away from their store and I think it’s some kind of profiling.

If this is an independent franchise the owner really needs to get in here and read all these one star reviews. Quite a few people have had the same issue as me and the establishment is 100% losing money because of it.

I have ordered dominoes for years. Never had a problem. I normally would rate it pretty high quality. This time was different. It was the absolute worst. Both large pizzas I ordered the dough was terrible. Some of the pizza breading was hard as a rock. Ive worked at pizza places before so has my partner(ACTUALLY AT DOMINOES) and the out come is from the dough sitting all day. It doesn't cook right if its old dough. I called the store and spoke to a manager. And she said it was made to order which the pizza was but the dough was not at all. Super thin and harder than ever. After all these years I will never order dominoes again from this experience. All was offered was a $5.00 credit on a $40.00 order for the sad excuse of a pizza. The manager basically did not care at all like she knew it was going to happen. I will be taking any future business for pizza to little ceasars. Which at this point puts dominoes to SHAME from my experience. And I will make sure anyone I know doesnt order or go to dominoes. Complete waste of money.

Completely messed up my order then the manager is going to argue with me that I did not order what I know I ordered... I see know why the rating is only 3 star... I wish I had did my research before going there...worst customer service and the pizza they did make sucks.. Worst Dominoes in GA ...STAY AWAY FROM MONROE DOMINOS.. THAT ARE AWEFUL AND RUDE

The rudeness you receive for a place of business placing a delivery order to say you don’t serve certain urban areas is ridiculous. After receiving info to be rude and give a pick eta for over 1 hour shows why my family will not be eating from this type of establishment

If I can give this store 0 stars I would. As a district manager for a store nearby I would never want my customers being talked to like how the beaver tooth lady spoke to me today . The older gentlemen was pleasant I want to add. The beaver tooth lady was Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never come here again.

Ordered pizza at 5:20. The app said it would be 20-30 minutes for delivery. My order was in “quality check” at 5:32. At 6:00 I told my husband we were still in quality check. He calls the store, and we are the “next” delivery order to go out in “20 minutes when the driver gets back.” We go to the store to pick up our order and get the delivery charge refunded.

We could have thrown a huge fit but I understand that things happen. HOWEVER, given that there were 4 people minimum in the store, don’t you think someone could have called to say “hey, we’re sorry but we are running behind on deliveries tonight, it’ll be an hour. If you want to pick up your food we’ll refund your delivery charge if you bring in your method of payment.” It’s called customer service. Do better, Dominos and this manager in particular.

When I placed my order, I was told 20 min delivery time. That turned into an hour with 3 phone calls into the store; got hung up on twice and the pizza arriving cold. This is not acceptable and when I spoke to the manager she was rude and made it sound as if I needed to have sympathy because they were doing the best they could. That not how you operate a business!
