I was able to place my order and wait the 40 minutes for it to attempt to deliver just to have my order cancelled after it left the store with no explanation as to why! When I called in to the store to get some assistance/explanation the associate stated that I was out of range which is why it was cancelled which made no sense since I've placed orders before to the same address! When asking her 5 minutes after my order was cancelled if I can just come over to pickup instead since the food was ready and I'm close by she rudely explained that I would have to place a new order and wait for the order to be remade again! She apparently was the manager since she didn't let me speak to anyone else when I asked for one! Since she had an attitude and was very unprofessional and disrespectful the whole conversation I asked for her name twice which at that point she decided to hang up on me! Retrain your associates and management I will never use dominoes again and ensure to recommend other competitors.

The past 2 times that we ordered for delivery in the last 3 weeks have awful experiences which is unusual for this location! The issue with the first one is that our pizza's were in quality check for over 45 minutes. The delivery person was obviously frustrated and I don't blame them, however both the pizza's were cold and one did not have any sauce on it which is not how it was ordered. I reached out to the store at that time and they gave me a voucher! I went to use the voucher tonight, but it only good for 7 days and it has been 2 weeks! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again tonight. This time it took over 1 hour and 45 minutes and it was still in quality check! Needless to say, we canceled the order and ordered from a competitor and it was delivered in less that 35 minutes with exceptional quali

We quit Domino's many years ago because quality had dropped. Their new advertising campaign with the New York style crust and the 999 price suckered me in for another try, maybe it was just this location but worse than I remember it being before.

Terribly inconsistent quality. This review is a result of one too many pizzas from this location with raw mush for dough. Pizza has its own utensil, the crust, with which to eat it; one should not need a spoon to scrape it off the container. This location simply needs some better oversight in the quality department.

Domino's at 140 MLK Blvd. Ste# 140 in Monroe GA 30655 is the worst!!!! Just to get the deals you have to download their app SMH. So after I downloaded the app and placed my order I waited 47 minutes before I got an email saying "The delivery was NOT what we hoped." So I call 7702678414 to discuss the problem. The manager said in their system the address was 595 not 598. Since I PRE-PAID. The driver left the food outside on a chair on the porch. I asked why would they not call my phone. Whenever other delivery driver did not get an answer from the door I've received a call. When I went into the system ro check the address I couldn't see any in my profile. So I was willing to place another order but when I gave the address it said they don't deliver to my address 598 on the same street. I told the manager I had surgery and couldn't drive she refused to come up with a solution to deliver me a new order. Save your money and time for somewhere else like she to me. She said try Loganville when I told her that this store was less than 5 miles from my house. They get an F- 0 STARS but that wasn't an option.

Ordered on Halloween. They barely put and toppings on it. Ordered 2 pizzas and knots 32.00. And I saved 15.00 in coupons. Hate to think I would have paid 46.00 at regular price. They were very busy and Ordered the day before.

This was a take out order. I ordered the tater tots. I can't remember exactly what they're called but they're similar to loaded tots and they're cooked in the oven and they come with cheese and I also got the New York pizza. The pizza was okay but I love the loaded tots especially if they're prepared right. My order was very cheesy and it was ready when I arrived at the store. There are different variations of the tots but I usually pick the four cheese tater tots. This was overall good service and good experience.
