If I can give this store 0 stars I would. As a district manager for a store nearby I would never want my customers being talked to like how the beaver tooth lady spoke to me today . The older gentlemen was pleasant I want to add. The beaver tooth lady was Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never come here again.

Ordered pizza at 5:20. The app said it would be 20-30 minutes for delivery. My order was in “quality check” at 5:32. At 6:00 I told my husband we were still in quality check. He calls the store, and we are the “next” delivery order to go out in “20 minutes when the driver gets back.” We go to the store to pick up our order and get the delivery charge refunded.

We could have thrown a huge fit but I understand that things happen. HOWEVER, given that there were 4 people minimum in the store, don’t you think someone could have called to say “hey, we’re sorry but we are running behind on deliveries tonight, it’ll be an hour. If you want to pick up your food we’ll refund your delivery charge if you bring in your method of payment.” It’s called customer service. Do better, Dominos and this manager in particular.

When I placed my order, I was told 20 min delivery time. That turned into an hour with 3 phone calls into the store; got hung up on twice and the pizza arriving cold. This is not acceptable and when I spoke to the manager she was rude and made it sound as if I needed to have sympathy because they were doing the best they could. That not how you operate a business!

Check the ratings before you order from this company! I will ensure to be thorough next time! I was able to place my order and wait the 40 minutes for it to attempt to deliver just to have my order cancelled after it left the store with no explanation as to why! When I called in to the store to get some assistance/explanation the associate stated that I was out of range which is why it was cancelled which made no sense since I've placed orders before to the same address! When asking her 5 minutes after my order was cancelled if I can just come over to pickup instead since the food was ready and I'm close by she rudely explained that I would have to place a new order and wait for the order to be remade again! She apparently was the manager since she didn't let me speak to anyone else when I asked for one! Since she had an attitude and was very unprofessional and disrespectful the whole conversation I asked for her name twice which at that point she decided to hang up on me! Retrain your associates and management I will never use dominoes again and ensure to recommend other competitors.

The past 2 times that we ordered for delivery in the last 3 weeks have awful experiences which is unusual for this location! The issue with the first one is that our pizza's were in quality check for over 45 minutes. The delivery person was obviously frustrated and I don't blame them, however both the pizza's were cold and one did not have any sauce on it which is not how it was ordered. I reached out to the store at that time and they gave me a voucher! I went to use the voucher tonight, but it only good for 7 days and it has been 2 weeks! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again tonight. This time it took over 1 hour and 45 minutes and it was still in quality check! Needless to say, we canceled the order and ordered from a competitor and it was delivered in less that 35 minutes with exceptional quali

We quit Domino's many years ago because quality had dropped. Their new advertising campaign with the New York style crust and the 999 price suckered me in for another try, maybe it was just this location but worse than I remember it being before.

Terribly inconsistent quality. This review is a result of one too many pizzas from this location with raw mush for dough. Pizza has its own utensil, the crust, with which to eat it; one should not need a spoon to scrape it off the container. This location simply needs some better oversight in the quality department.
