I really enjoy the food here. It's my go-to lunch spot when I'm in Monroe.

The food was good! I order the express entree with steak and they were able to substitute the fried rice with steamed rice. The service was amazing! The person at the front was very attentive and courteous. Will definitely be coming back again!

This is the first time I have stopped here for lunch and I ordered The Sushi lunch and a rainbow roll. The pricing looks very good however for the lower price you definitely get a lower quality food but still lunch was $25. I will come back and try the hibachi although I must say at this point I am not super impressed with the sushi. Everything did appear to be fresh although everything that I had was pretty tasteless.

The service was lackluster, they weren’t very friendly. The food was okay, don’t get the chicken products; the chicken is drier than the sahara desert. Now, the feel and vibe of the building is pretty cool but the floors were really sticky when i went in and it just didn’t feel very clean.

I loved the sushi! We got 4 different kinds bc we love to try new things each ine was super good. The place is small but personal. Not really service there you order at register sit and wait and they bring your food to you and get ur own drinks! But I really enjoyed the food. I definitely will be back!

This may be my favorite restaurant in the area. The portions are pretty large which I love, and the sushi is surprisingly really good. The fish tastes very fresh. We love the salmon. Our favorite order though is the larger size bowl of hibachi chicken. It’s amazing with the yum yum sauce. The wait can be a little long sometimes though because it gets busy, but it’s worth the wait.

Edit: I eat here once a week, and the hibachi steak entree is my new favorite. I love this place

I’m not sure why I keep ordering the hibachi steak here. I always request it medium rare, but it consistently comes out well-done. At first, I chalked it up to a mistake, but after multiple visits, it’s clear this is just how they cook it. I’m honestly not sure why I even bother asking for medium rare, because it does not matter, it’s going to be well done.

They already use a lower-grade cut of steak, which I don’t mind, but when it’s overcooked, it ends up tasting more like chewy jerky than steak. Going forward, I’ll be skipping the steak hibachi entirely.

That said, everything else on the menu has been pretty solid, so I’ll still come back, just not for the steak.

So, if you like your steak cooked at a lower temp, other than well-done, this probably isn’t the place for it.

Im still bummed about this one. We tried when they first opened, then again a few months later. Just wasnt very good. I was really hoping to see more high quality places come into Monroe and this one isnt it. Publix around the corner has higher quality sushi and rice bowls for a lower price.
