My friend and I stood in the line waiting to order and one employee looked at us and said nothing and the other 5 were standing to the side not doing anything. To get our food ordered we had to sit down and order online and then we continued to watch the employees grab our tickets and still take over 15 mins to make our food (it was only two sandwiches) because they were joking around, on their phones, and staring into space. Someone finally came over and asked if we were waiting for food and then started working on it.
Great staff at this location really enjoyed my sub from there today. Thank you
I enjoy Jersey Mike's overall, yet the experiene I had today at this location was not the norm. I placed an order through the mobile app for pick-up. I ordered a bowl and a #43 on white bread. My daughter picked it up for me on her way home.
When she got home, she discovered that the bread wasn't what was requested but their rosemary parmesean bread. Rosemary makes her sick, so I drove back to Monroe, almost a 20-25 minute drive to get it corrected.
When I mentioned it, one of the staff stated that they tried to call me becasue they were out of white bread at the time. I asked if they left a voicemail (as I never received a call) and they stated no. They remade the sandwich with the correct bread. While I waited, I checked my phone and I had no missed calls.
If a call had been made and I didn't answer, they should have left a voicemail. Or they should have called back. Given that I had no missed calls, maybe they dialed the wrong number, I don't know. Either way, if a person requests a certain bread, I would rather find out when I go to pick it up that they don't have it then to have some random bread used that I didn't ask for. Not to mention, they should have tried harder to contact me about it. I also verified that my phone number was correct, so I know that wasn't an issue.
The Monroe location is convenient when I'm in the area, but I think moving forward, if I go there again, I will just go in person as I can't trust that my online orders will be made correctly.
I must say to have at least 5 people working, most are standing around, didn’t pay attention to my easy bowl order and made it wrong 2x. The roast beef was brown and dry. The tables were all filthy. 3rd time I have tried this location and another horrible experience. They may want to take some notes from the Grayson location. A new location and to have an 89 health score is horrible.
It was a busy place. The food was great and timely.
The Food and staff were on point! My only complaint is the prices are a little on the higher side for a sub sandwich. I had a Philly cheese steak and it was so full of meat it was delicious
The customer service was terrrible. got yelled at for having my phone out and taking a selfie because she thought i was taking a picture of the staff. rude and nasty staff. food was packaged nasty, was all over the wrapper and barely any on the actual sandwich.
Placed an order for pick up at Jersey Mike’s in Monroe, Georgia. The bread was completely dried out and terrible. Staff was not friendly. They seem to be very unorganized and confused. Maybe more training is needed. I ordered three subs cost A little over $60 & the subs were not edible. I got there to pick up the food and had to wait 15 more minutes for them to get it finished, but I was happy to wait as long as the food was fresh. But unfortunately, it was not. It was terrible. I took a picture and you can see how hard and dried out the bread was. I worked all day And was going to just pick up something quick so I didn’t have to cook, but unfortunately, the subs were so bad that I had to cook anyways and wasted $60 and time of going in picking them up. Needless to say, I will not be going back there
They were all super nice to me. The sandwich was delicious I'll be back so I come back and didnt get waited on at all so zero stars

I’m not happy with how they handled a situation, our 6 month old baby had grabbed the paper of the sandwich and pulled it to the ground before my wife took a bite and they did not give my wife a new sandwich they said corporate policy is for us to buy another one even tho when that fell to the ground was never bitten into, not customer friendly, was disappointed.

Sub was decent, customer service nonexistent
The meat slicer today was rude and didn't listen at all. After my daughter and I repeated ourselves while ordering 3 times each, she still made our orders wrong. The lady adding toppings was great as was the cashier. However, this young lady needs to work on her attitude.

Great experience! After a really long day with work and no dinner yet, I tried placing a mobile order but unfortunately they were 15 minutes out from closing so it wouldn’t let me. I gave them a call and they were so kind to let me place a pickup order over the phone. When I got there, my order was ready and I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. To top it off, when I got home, I found the adorable note on the bag! It was just the icing on the cake after a tiring day! Thanks for being great!
