I recently had the best clurb sandwich ever from your place! But, I did have a not-so-great delivery w/ DoorDash the last time. I had ordered through the Jersey Mike's app, and I left some feedback after my experience. They offered to make it up to me and that's so appreciated! Thanks, guys!

Consistently getting worse over the last few months. I ALWAYS place online orders and get the exact same item. As of late, I’ve noticed quality has dropped tremendously while the price has stayed the same. This used to be my favorite jersey mikes but Management obviously is not paying attention to processes. I have gotten 4 terrible sandwiches in a row at this location. Today was the last. I can get a mediocre sandwich at subway for half the cost.

I am from New Jersey. My wife's sub was very good. My Philly Cheesesteak was good....BUT NO KETCHUP!!! This Jersey Mike's doesn't carry ketchup. All the others in the area have ketchup to go with their cheesesteaks. If you grew up with great cheesesteaks, BYOK (Bring Your Own Ketchup) when you choose to eat here.

Ordered subs to go last week came home with somebody else’s called and spoke with destiny. She was very sweet. Took my name and told me to come back and they would take care of it and they did. I just got off the phone with Sam and no worries I’m going to pick up my replacement sub.
Jersey Mike’s food is always great, customer service in Monroe is the best. Thank you, Sam and Destiny❤️

My friend and I stood in the line waiting to order and one employee looked at us and said nothing and the other 5 were standing to the side not doing anything. To get our food ordered we had to sit down and order online and then we continued to watch the employees grab our tickets and still take over 15 mins to make our food (it was only two sandwiches) because they were joking around, on their phones, and staring into space. Someone finally came over and asked if we were waiting for food and then started working on it.

I enjoy Jersey Mike's overall, yet the experiene I had today at this location was not the norm. I placed an order through the mobile app for pick-up. I ordered a bowl and a #43 on white bread. My daughter picked it up for me on her way home.

When she got home, she discovered that the bread wasn't what was requested but their rosemary parmesean bread. Rosemary makes her sick, so I drove back to Monroe, almost a 20-25 minute drive to get it corrected.

When I mentioned it, one of the staff stated that they tried to call me becasue they were out of white bread at the time. I asked if they left a voicemail (as I never received a call) and they stated no. They remade the sandwich with the correct bread. While I waited, I checked my phone and I had no missed calls.

If a call had been made and I didn't answer, they should have left a voicemail. Or they should have called back. Given that I had no missed calls, maybe they dialed the wrong number, I don't know. Either way, if a person requests a certain bread, I would rather find out when I go to pick it up that they don't have it then to have some random bread used that I didn't ask for. Not to mention, they should have tried harder to contact me about it. I also verified that my phone number was correct, so I know that wasn't an issue.

The Monroe location is convenient when I'm in the area, but I think moving forward, if I go there again, I will just go in person as I can't trust that my online orders will be made correctly.

I must say to have at least 5 people working, most are standing around, didn’t pay attention to my easy bowl order and made it wrong 2x. The roast beef was brown and dry. The tables were all filthy. 3rd time I have tried this location and another horrible experience. They may want to take some notes from the Grayson location. A new location and to have an 89 health score is horrible.

The Food and staff were on point! My only complaint is the prices are a little on the higher side for a sub sandwich. I had a Philly cheese steak and it was so full of meat it was delicious

The customer service was terrrible. got yelled at for having my phone out and taking a selfie because she thought i was taking a picture of the staff. rude and nasty staff. food was packaged nasty, was all over the wrapper and barely any on the actual sandwich.
