I went in and ordered my food went to pay and a ROACH crawled across the counter. I was so grossed out then I took a look around they had two large uncut pieces of meat on the back counter no cover over the toppings counter. The staff was nice but the girl ran away when I pointed out the roach instead of processing the refund. none of the employees apologized it was just not pleasant. Wouldn’t go back ever

KD and everyone else on Sunday Jan 21, 2024 at 2pm were so hospitable, nice and welcoming to us. We spoke to each and every one of them, and they were all so very nice. They worked together to make my wife and I the best sandwiches we've ever eaten! We will definitely be coming back to this specific location, and often.

Ordered a giant chicken Kahuna. Had hot sauce added to chicken and it was literally mush. There was enough sauce for 3 footlongs on it. Half the bun was gone in the sauce. No way to pick it up. The drink machine was out of order. The kids working there 3 were sitting at customers tables. 2 were behind the counter. People were in line and I didn't feel like going through the hassle of taking it back. Very unfriendly staff. Two combos 50 bucks. I've been there before and had a great experience. Today was terrible. I won't be returning any time soon.

Ruby and Sarah are absolutely amazing best sandwich makers I've ever met fr fr ?? if I could have ruby make me a sandwich every single night I would these ppl know how to make a sandwich that's for sure!

I was in Philadelphia PA area last week, asked the locals where to get a Phily Cheese Steak. They said "Jersey Mikes" I love their cheese steak but opted for tuna today. The teen staff was great, worked as a team, serving fast and friendly. Great smiles! Best Mountain Dew mix in town.
Had a great experience food was good and service were good! I think the Paul Simon guy doesn't have much of a life and is quite judgemental and discriminative in his review.

Very, very disappointed. I love Jersey Mikes... at any other location except for this one. The employees were extremely rude and lacked customer service. The restaurant was not as clean as it should have been nor was my food fresh. A bunch of teens running this place is not good.

Too expensive, Didn't heat the meat like the commercial does. Didn't offer to toast buns. Not as many toppings as Subway or Firehouse.
