First of all, I know there are a lot of poor reviews for this location, and I'm not sure why. I understand sometimes that things aren't quite right for one reason or another, and I get that. Heck, I had multiple bad experiences with another local fast food restaurant, different chicken place. So I called the corporate number and voiced my displeasure. Anyway, that's just how I handle things.
Now on to the review. I ate here for the first time, and my experience really couldn't have been better. I placed a mobile order for a tenders combo and it was ready right when I said I'd be there, warm and fresh. The tenders were perfectly cooked and delicious, the biscuit was perfection. I was too full to eat the mashed potatoes, so I'll review them some other time.
The person who brought my order to me was pleasant and courteous.
In short, I will absolutely return. And I hope others reading this dismiss the trash reviews and give it a chance.

I swear I have never had such horrible experiences in my life!! The supposedly GM Josh needs to be fired!! I will be going higher up on this case!! I placed an order on Friday night October 4th for 20 pcs of chicken and I believe 12 biscuits for a family reunion I had on Saturday Oct 5th. Pickup time was 11:00am Saturday morning. I arrived right at 11am. Doors were locked. 2-3 children were running around inside the restaurant which is fine. I can’t see paying daycare prices either so if the mom and dad are working and the employer is okay with the employees kids being there fine by me. Well the kids got the manager Josh attention and he came to the door. I explained why I was there and he advised me that the computer was down and he was unable to cook anything or pull any information up regarding my order. I was disappointed but hey computers do what they want when they want. I told him I would come back later for a refund and he advised me that would be fine and he would be there all day. I returned after my dinner and was told he (Josh) was in the office by another employee. I never got his name. It was another male and I saw another female there also. I explained to them the issue. The male employee went back to speak to Josh and he told him to tell me I would need to go back into the way I originally ordered the chicken to get a refund. I tried doing that while in the store. Well the thing is I checked out as a guest on the KFC website. The manager Josh kept relaying through the employee that I needed to contact Doorsash for a refund. I didn’t order through DoorDash!!! This manager never came out of that office to assist me or maybe show me how to request a refund or anything!! When I did see him that morning he looked very dirty and disheveled. I’m sorry but if you are handling people’s food then clean yourself up a little better. I was able to get a phone number to I guess KFC hotline but the manager was very rude and I’m not even going to mention how dirty the restaurant itself looked!! Someone really needs to show this man how to be a manager!! I’m a supervisor also and if I acted that way towards a customer I would want my boss to know about it!!! Josh needs some better training or be fired!!!

I'm sure the food is still good, but the buffet is apparently not there anymore. Which is a shame... ?
Ordered online for pickup, they were a little busy so it took awhile. Had to go back for my biscuits. Then got home to find no gravy with the mashed. Not making a 3rd trip. You spend 75.00, you should not have to go back multiple times to get a complete order.
If you make an order here just know they won’t start making it until you arrive and tell them while they’re all sitting in the lobby hanging out ,that you made an order 15 minutes ago and then they’ll tell you they just got the order . Sad .

I have order twice online and both times they said my order was ready for pick up. Today I order my food at 558pm. It says my order was ready at 6:05. I get to KFC at 6:30 and they tell me they waiting on biscuits. For me to wait for 9 minutes and to pull into a parking spot. Why falsely say my order is ready online just for me to wait. They are so unprofessional and always have people waiting on there food.

The drink dispenser in the dining area was turned off. An employee had to turn it on to be used. The chicken was good. The cole slaw has too much vinegar.
