Got the pot pie and it's not fully cooked. All the veggies inside are hard and gross. Also, found a pretty big bone in it.It's usually pretty good ,maybe a little burnt and dry, but at least it's cooked then.

I ordered 2pc white meat meal extra crispy and a chicken pot pie. Got to the window had to wait at least 10-15 minutes, they were behind finally told me it would be 20 Minutes for the pot to cook so I opted for a 2pc original recipe meal even though I didn't want it but I didn't want to wait either. The 3 piece dinner my mother couldn't eat because there wasn't much meat mostly crust. My dinner was ok. Very disappointed because that's just money down the drain. They should do much better than this.

NICK TOO SICK!

The employees are under appreciated, considered disposable according to the manager and don’t deserve any hate. The manager of this location deserves to rot alone with nobody by his side, like he treats his employees. The employees were extremely caring, wonderful, helpful human beings, and the manager is a tyrant that needs to be stopped. I will not support this location in any way with this manager behind the wheel. The employees deserve the utmost respect and will help you as long as you are respectful to them, feel free to treat the manager how you wish though, he probably won’t show you any respect any way. My order had some issues and an employee helped me any way he could, while giving me absolute respect, and I’m truly thankful for him and sad I didn’t get his name because he deserves a higher paying position. The manager openly refuses to pay higher wages or get more staff to help his current staff, so employees are only left to struggle and I can’t imagine what the training process is like. Do not support this KFC location.

Kfc was great fast foods i love it especially the wraps chicken with bbq sauce OMG...green bean,sweet corn alwayz my favourite too.The drive thru or cashier front counter was friendly.

Went in the inside to make order. Only seen one young lady working and this big dude in the dinning area which I later found out was the manager. So the lady was at the drive thru handling an order, I’m waiting and waited some more bit wanting to interrupt the lady handling drive thru cause I’m thinking someone should be handling the front as well. Big dude still in dinning area. He finally came around to the back but still neither of them said anything to me not even “ we’ll be right with you” or anything. I had to abruptly ask if anyone was working the front counter!Now I’m irritated the lady then from way at the window as me what I wanted, I said where’s the manager (me already assuming the big dude cause of the kfc shirt was him) she looked at him, he’s now trying to put on gloves. I stated “so you’re the manger he said yes, I said so you just had me standing here waiting when you could’ve came and helped this lady by taking my order.He then gave me this lame excuse that he didn’t have a register. I’m like really you are the manager meaning you still could’ve taken my order and prepared my order. Poor customer service on the manager part. And if I could give this experience a 0 or no stars at all I would’ve.

My boyfriend and I waited in line for 20 minutes waiting to order and she went to take our order after 20 minutes of waiting. My boyfriend ordered what he wanted, she never asked if we wanted anything else just said pull around. Then he said I’m not done I needed something else she said very rudely “hold on” and made us wait another 10 minutes. Definitely the worst service we’ve ever had at a fast food place.

Had go through drive thru at 720 pm chairs was up mopping floor. Bought 40 dollars worth of chicken. Got home. Extremely over cooked close to being burnt Unbelievable !!!Don’t have time to take it back. It’s supposed be original
