I know they get a bad rap, BUT they are working so hard there trying to keep up with walk-in orders,online orders,etc...it is hard. The place is small so when you have 15 people standing around in there it can be nerve wracking! The sweet guy at the counter deserves lots of praise because through it all he was calm, nice and accomadating to all of us. The young people in the back were rushing around trying to keep all these orders straight and tried to keep them on track. Some folks coming in were giving them a hard time. Sad ? Anyways, they all deserve a raise and bigger tips !

Went in to pickup 2 pizzas was going to use a gift card I was advised they can’t take gift cards because there system is to old.. If the owners can’t update the system they need to just shut it down. After I was told he couldn’t take the gift card I guess he thought I was going to leave I’m like ok I told him this was stupid but I still needed the pizzas

Yesterday, Halloween, we all had the same idea of grab and go! It was not that simple on Halloween at 4:45pm. If you called ahead or ordered in the lobby you had to wait. The customers waiting we’re understanding and patient for the most part. I want to brag on the staff! The young lady in charge took charge and led her team as quickly as she could to get us all out of the lobby and home to our families! Our family just wanted you to know your hard work did not go unnoticed!! Thank you to the whole staff for working together to give the best service you possibly could! You are appreciated!

Placed order an hour in advance. Arrived and not acknowledged for at least 10 min. When finally acknowledged, told that my order was not completed and would have to wait an additional 12 minutes. When asked to be compensated (a free drink or discount) I was told Alyssa told me she couldn't give me anything for free as the manager. Reported the visit to corporate but have yet to recipe an response.

FYI this location has a pizza portal that is either broken or not in use. This results in the pizza tracker not showing when your pizza is ready. The employees at this store also lack the communication skills or are too obtuse to inform you of this when you walk in. So you will sit waiting for your pizza to be ready until you actually go up and ask, resulting in a complete waste of your time.

Please do not ever go to this place! The customer service is horrible. The staff and the on site manager! After receiving a cold and hard cheese pizza, the guy touched the pizza, threw it in the trash. The manager came out and refused to replace the pizza and went and got the pizza out of the trash and gave it back to me to serve to my child! Never, NEVER eat at this place!!!!
