Long Horns is a chain steak house that I visit from time to time. Although it seemed very busy with multiple groups of 12 or larger, there were several tables empty. Came in Saturday for lunch. Waitress was nice but we never got our appetizer and we were charged for the 9ct chicken tenders even though we ordered 6 and mashed potatoes were cold. Cheese on top of Parmesan crusted chicken wasn’t even melted. Starwberry lemonade was the best part of our meals.
