This restaurant used to be very good but now somethings happened first time two weeks ago I had bunches of hair in my food, I let it go the second time the following week it was way too salty I told the waitress and she didn’t do anything about it. I checked out and paid for my meal that I didn’t eat and told the owner that the food was totally salty he just blew me off. So people there’s a lot of Mexican restaurants go somewhere else

Took our server over 20 minutes to greet us yet was able to serve two other tables sat after us and bring them their food before coming to our table finally. We then proceeded to order a large strawberry margarita pitcher and did not even finish half of it when a food runner spilt queso all in the pitcher and did not acknowledge it twice, even after the clear view of queso all inside and outside the pitcher. I had the manager walk past us three times and tried to get his attention but he continually walked right past us multiple times. It wasn't until I caught the food runner who spilled the queso that I was able to address the ruined drinks and ask for a new half pitcher. 20 minutes later, even after we finished our main dishes, was the new half pitcher brought out and it tasted like there was no alcohol within its content at all. The new pitcher tasted like strawberry juice and lacked all the margarita elements. Highly disappointed and unsatisfied. Do not recommend going here. You are better off finding another place to go.

I can’t say enough about the great service! They also have the coldest draft beer and frosted mugs. The chicken soup is my favorite thing on the menu with chucks of delicious chicken.

LOVE THIS PLACE. I've followed then through the years to now the third location. This is the best place. Great food. Very authentic. Staff is excellent and friendly. Definitely my only Mexican restaurant in Monroe I go to.
