Should have read the reviews. Came for Nachos, was disappointed no corn, grilled onions and peppers were dry and old. No ice for drinks. There was not a soul in sight eating that should have been my first sign. Food is overpriced anymore. Moes was the spot years ago not anymore. Would have been happier at Taco Bell. Wont be back

I don't understand how the manager of the restaurant doesn't have more employees, I had to wait a long time to be served because there were only two people. A few days ago it was the same, I had to wait a long time for my food.I always come to this Moes because I like how they take care of me, but even though the young man and the young woman did a good job as always, they are only two people at the end of the day.In no other restaurant do they have only two people to do everything, that's stupid, there were more than ten people in the restaurant and only two employees serving.What is the owner or manager of this restaurant doing??

This place is very cold and my chicken was cold as well I love the tacos and the chips. But I know my chicken was cold. Thinking they don’t have a heater. Literally was freezing cold as it is already cold outside.

My second and last time coming to this establishment. First let me say I don’t understand why open up or take over an establishment that serves majority of English speaking people(and I’m trying to keep this as respectful as I can) and you don’t or can’t speak English?!I entered into the building the guy was sitting on the back counter on his phone. I wanted to walk right back out but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since I knew they were new owners and seemed to not get much business. I proceeded to order a bowl, Im asking bout the different rices( I couldn’t quite understand what the guy was saying), I asked for the corn topping but what they had was old so I wanted some fresh, he said they couldn’t fix any I asked why not and that I’ll wait for it, the father or who ever came out with a big container full and proceeded to put some on the grill (I took it as the young guy really didn’t want to serve me at this time) then I told him I wanted the other topping jalapeños, olives etc. I wanted black beans which looked to have been sitting for a while. He didn’t try stirring them or anything just scooped and slung them on top. So I just wanted to go at this point. Me thinking you can get queso poured on top as part of your topping but to my surprise they told me no. I’m like why have it with the topping if it’s not included. So I ended up paying $18 for a bowl. I’m not sure if this was a black thing or a we need money so let give her less and charge her more thing or what.I will never come back to the Moe’s in Monroe Ga. again. I rather go to San Andres’s or any other for that matter.

I literally just ordered a DoorDash order like an hour ago. I worked at this Moe’s for 2 years so I’m very aware to how things work there. I’m aware that every item that is ordered (including nachos, cups of salsa, guac, and/or queso) get their own bag of chips. I ordered a burrito, nachos, and a cup of guac. Got 3 sides of salsa, a cup of guac, and a single scoop of chips. I asked for pico de gallo and queso on the side for my nachos and I got no pico and my queso was not on the side. The burrito I ordered busted from the seams and I also know that if the tortilla is not big enough for the burrito you double wrap it. I don’t even want to blame the staff bc ultimately this lies on management not properly training their staff. The food itself is good I just think the service could be better.

The food they had was ok, but they were out of some items we really wanted. We were surprised as this was late afternoon/early evening and I would have thought they would have been prepped for a dinner crowd. Overall the atmosphere seemed a little dated. The place and food could really use a refresh.

This location has had better days. The workers were friendly but that’s about the only good thing I can say. We walked in around 5:30 PM. The food looked old and not kept at temperature (guacamole was brown). They were missing a lot of items that I like to put in my bowl or burrito(fresh jalapeño). They had no ice in the machine. A worker kept coughing behind the counter. Just not a great experience overall.
I used to eat there, but now, i do not know why, all the place is dirty, everything is empty and the old crew is gone, im not sure if they changed the owner or something, but i wont come back in a while, i hope that one day they get better again, good luck but is not for me nor my family

Just horrible catering service. Spent $300 for a taco bar for a family gathering. They did not provide enough food or serving items. To serve 20 people there were 20 tacos. Was told it was a taco snack bar. Still waiting for general manager to return a call.
