Ordered a Strawberry basil lemonade from kiosk. I went to the window to clarify that I wanted light ice. The person at the service window said OK but did not mention the fact that they were out of strawberries and basil. When I received my drink, I looked puzzled because there were no fresh strawberries or basil in it. When I inquired about it I was told they were out of strawberries and basil but they did not offer to correct it or make me a different drink. I also ordered the tomato soup but when I got home I had broccoli cheddar soup. The food is decent but the order is not correct. It seems like if you don't have the ingredients to make the item, you should take the item off the menu. At any rate there was plenty of opportunity to make the order right, but nah......

I don’t understand why I do this myself. This location has always been hit or miss. Got my Chicken Cesar salad today with a healthy bit of slimy lettuce and the part that was not slimy was frozen. I ate the meat. Panera as a brand has gone from excellence to mediocrity over the last decade.

I was passing through from Snellville to Athens, so I ordered in the app to pick up in-store. I was excited to try one of the new croissant toast sandwiches. But….1) they were “out” of caramelized onion and Gruyère spread for the croque monsieur sandwich, 2) they forgot my chocolate chip cookie, and 3) they didn’t bother giving me anything with which to eat my street corn soup.

No what it used to be. No one greet anymore. Over priced for less quality corners cut food. Quiche was my fav but now smaller than the ramekin and bread is rubbery. Def not worth the $7. Guess I’m done with that.

Second time I've ordered food from here and didn't get half my order. Service is terrible.

Never been there and never will be back there. The food was horrible, you could tell the lettuce was old (it had a chemical taste to it) no dressing on the salad, the bread was SO HARD that you could beat it against the table and it didn't break ( I know cause I tried it), the soup bowl bread was rock hard also, the soup was cold even though I grabbed my food 1 sec after they called my name, I ordered my daughter's food she had the broccoli and cheese (her soup was cold as well, and her bread again rock hard), got my son his food Chipotle chicken sandwich with bacon Mac n cheese brought it home he said it tastes horrible.
When I brought it to the cooks attention, instead of saying oh I'm sorry, let me go get my manager. Trinity & Thomas both looked at me and said oh well, that's fine. WHAT?????? UMMMM i spent 50.00 on food that we couldn't even eat and all you say is OH WELL??? That is the most insane thing I've ever heard. Then when I asked for a receipt it took 20 mins and I still didn't walk out with a receipt, the manager was saying he couldn't get it so he sent out the employee . While waiting for my receipt Thomas and Trinity never changed their gloves their grabbed their arms and everything with the same gloves as they were making people's food. Everyone in there was unprofessional, rude, and just ridiculous. You send out the cashier to handle a customer complaint? That is beyond ridiculous. I will be calling corporate tomorrow cause that's just crazy. Also my friends apple, she cut it open and it immediately turned BROWN ( AGAIN) WHAT??????? THATS not suppose to happen. My friend got the salad and soup she didn't even eat her salad either or her bread or apple. It was nasty and very disappointing.
Sandwich and soup were delicious !

Apparently all paneras are switching cookies and other breads to frozen and not baking in store. There new shortbread cookies are disgusting. I'm very disappointed in the new change. Was hoping it was a trial but it's permanent.

The food was fine, kind of cold, but my mobile order took over ten minutes longer than expected. My soup was literally half way full and I swear this was the smallest grilled cheese I have ever seen.

Imagine being sick and the only thing you want is a bread bowl of tomato soup. That patient was my mother in law tonight. The one thing she asked for was just that before a blood transfusion and an extended hospital stay due a heart surgery. The Monroe, GA location said they were “sold out”, but yet a rack of bread bowls was literally 10 feet away from the register in view. I asked the manager about the supply since they were within view. I explained the situation and this insensitive and unprofessional manager refused to sell one because they were for the “Pan UP” the following morning. With that said, I will never EVER return to Panera Bread for anything. This location was poor managed, dirty, and lacked empathy. They don’t need my money or yours. ✌?Make this manager famous.
