Imagine being sick and the only thing you want is a bread bowl of tomato soup. That patient was my mother in law tonight. The one thing she asked for was just that before a blood transfusion and an extended hospital stay due a heart surgery. The Monroe, GA location said they were “sold out”, but yet a rack of bread bowls was literally 10 feet away from the register in view. I asked the manager about the supply since they were within view. I explained the situation and this insensitive and unprofessional manager refused to sell one because they were for the “Pan UP” the following morning. With that said, I will never EVER return to Panera Bread for anything. This location was poor managed, dirty, and lacked empathy. They don’t need my money or yours. ✌?Make this manager famous.

Slow and Rude employees. Don’t have most of the menu items or they just don’t want to get them for you.

We order chicken soup yesterday at 11:15am . We have had it often always was so good lots of chicken and noodles . but not in a while . What we got was dark broth taste like beef no chicken had shredded beef and a few noodles and veg it was all dark broth . Looknlike dirty water . Did not taste good and i believe it was soup from the night before . It was not chicken soup thats for sure . . We wont be back , we had order online was not worth driving back . We’re learning the hard way eating out has changed . Better to make my own meals and at least i get what i make .

We had a wonderful experience tonight with a lovely young man in the drive thru. He was kind and really made our night. I was tired and grumpy. We were eating way later than normal. I was very impressed.

Food is overpriced for what u get. They changed the menu, and food did have hardly any flavor.
Turkey sandwich, half of one. I think $13 dollars. The turkey was cold. Would not recommend. Then ordea cinnamon roll. They did not tell they were out them until I got my food.

Panera Breads food quality and menu has gone downhill in the past few years. Breakfast and salads are still good, but sandwich items are awful! Bring back the original Chipotle Chicken Sandwich!

Multiple insects were in my iced coffee which is completely disgusting and unacceptable; I’d highly caution you against consuming anything here.
