I had asked to substitute the boiled chicken to the chicken thighs in drive-through for only one half a chicken caesar salad and was told I couldn't do it. The employee asked her manager, and the manager had said no to her as she related the message back to me through the speaker box. Corporate needs to change the rules on the app then, since clearly I can switch my meat choice on the app with zero problems. Shouldn't be a problem to switch my meat choice in drive-through for a 9 dollar HALF a salad with only 4 piece of chicken and the rest mashed up chicken crumbs good to feed a toddler.

Drive through pick-up app order. Pizza was very cold and appeared like someone took a bite out of a slice ? ?Our other items weren't correct as ordered.I'm very disappointed in Panera after being long-time customers and new to this location.Do not waste your time or money.

I ended up with a salad that had a rotten egg in it. The salads lately have been small, and the lettuce has not been fresh. Please work on quality control for the price that people are paying.

New to Panera Bread. Pull up to Drive thru menu, see a "You Pick 2" picture for $11.99, with Chicken & Pepperoni Melt and Turkey Chili. Looks good, and certainly implies that you get a soup/sandwich combo, so that's what I order. I get to the window and cost is $18.81 because the chili is not included. Cashier says "I don't know why they do it like that" either referring to the sandwich was same price in half or whole, or that the chili was not included. I decide to give it a try anyway hoping for an above average lunch. Honestly, the chili was not bad - but a little on the small side for $5.59. The sandwich was PATHETIC. Very small pieces of chipped (flaked) chicken, 1 layer of pepperoni (not tightly placed), a smear of tomato sauce, NO CHEESE (the picture has lots of cheese and a well stuffed sandwich), and the bread was tough. Time was 12:45, so not like an off time and bread was inadvertently old. If I had not already driven home there would have been a scene. NEVER AGAIN.

Freezing inside in December! Girl at front was nice but not very knowledgeable about the menu. I asked for fresh decaf and she said they didn't do that in the evening. Isn't that when people want decaf? Food was okay but way overpriced. Two bowls of soup and two salads, that weren't really big, and no drinks, for $27? You've got to be kidding me. No choice on something else was offered besides a baguette. I won't be back.

The 2 times we’ve been there was the same. the most recent time we came for dinner Sat at 6:30pm. Completely empty. Nobody out front taking orders. All employees were doing chores as if they were cleaning up for the night (they close at 9 though.) So we ordered from the computer. The roasted Turkey avocado BLT had lumps of leftover ends of meat that looked like chicken. I told them at the kitchen pickup counter it was supposed to be sliced turkey. They were accommodating and nice and offered to make another sandwich (hence the 4 stars for service) - I told them no need, to just put the Turkey on the side of the plate and I’d swap them out (they couldn’t bc of health procedures, which is good to hear). I did notice when he retrieved it the prep station items were all almost out, just scraps. My husband and son got the Turkey chili and said it was watery, almost a soup. The worker was switching out or filling the green tea and removed the container - my husband had to ask for a refill in the back. Why do it when 2 customers just ordered it? Again, it was not closing time, even though the vibe felt like it. Nobody in the parking lot, we didn’t even think the place was open.Only positive besides employees was that there was a nice gas fireplace above us.

First time at this location. Young gentleman behind counter was extremely kind and patient with the senior citizens, which I was happy to see. He also kept walking around to all the tables, asking if everyone was OK. Very nice to see. The food was great!

Are probably one of the best Panera‘s I’ve ever been to. The Panera in Loganville is horrible. They’ve never gotten one of my orders right, and it’s been such a hassle to get to that one. This Panera is perfect! Never too busy, and the food is always perfect! 10/10

The third time I've come in here and had to wait for service. No one attending the front counter. Maybe they need one of those bells you hit when you need service? $7+ for a sandwich?
