I ordered from the buy one get one online menu. I initially selected large but selected and paid additional for ex-large when given that option. Imagine my surprise when picked up and received one large and one ex-large. Was given some flimsy excuse that it was my selection. Are you serious? Buy one get one either 2 large or 2 extra large should be same size. Come on Papa John's don't let me rethink buying from you!

It's quite unfortunate to see a business crash and burn because staff don't have the ability to apologize when they've messed up. I order delivery from this restaurant regularly. But on this occasion, I ordered a pizza for delivery and my food was left on my front porch in an unsealed box...not in the chair but on the actual concrete porch.. When I found the pizza after 40 minutes, it was cold. I called the store and spoke with Alan, the manager who went totally silent on the line. I had to ask if he was still there. He just ghosted me on the phone...no interaction. He finally responded that he would send another pizza. After 45 more minutes, again a COLD pizza. I literally could have walked 5 minutes to pick it up. Did I mention,, I gave the driver a $5 tip for a $19 pizza. UNBELIEVABLE!!

The pizza, and wings were presentable in the quality but the service concerning making sure my food was delivered in a timely manner was horrible. Papa John's had did NOT have my food anywhere NEAR time of scheduled delivery time. I was understanding at the times d accepted their apology and offer of solutions. I was told that my next order of equal value or less would be free. Tonight when I called to make my order and validate what I was told would be my compensation, I was told no. I am a tremendously strong believer in keeping your word... Papa John's in Monroe Georgia DID NOT HONOR THEIR WORD AND AGREEMENT. I was employed by Papa John's for years and I know how protocol goes. With that being said, I will no longer be a papa John's in Monroe customer and I will not recommend it for other people

First time I have ordered at papa johns Thursday 6/20 and it was absolutely horrible. I ordered the Alfredo chicken bowl and it tasted like it was undercooked The Alfredo sauce was runny and the chicken wasn't grilled, it was disgusting that I couldn't eat it. I also ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was just ok. It was cold had to warm it back up. So needless to say I will not be ordering from this place again They truly need to get there act together. Money wasted.
This place used to be great, but when I recently ordered they gave me cheese sticks with a pinch of cheese. The majority of the slices had no cheese on them. I guess the drivers want $50 now for a tip for doing your job. Like was $20 not enough of a tip for yall. Will be getting my pizza from the one in bold springs from now on.

Ordered delivery and when I received my food the box was open and food was missing. I tried to call 3 times and was placed on hold for over 10mins before I was disconnected. Sent a complaint to corporate thru the website But yea wouldn't recommend
