They refused to take my order in store on Super Bowl Sunday. When I asked why, the employee at the counter said we’re busy. Really? I can’t imagine a pizza restaurant would be busy that day. Save yourself some aggravation and stay away from Papa John’s, especially this location. I went to Dominoes and had no issues at all.

Daniel had the best customer service imaginable they were close to closing and he was nice enough to whip us up a large pizza was super personable and made my experience here amazing food came out perfect I’d recommend anyone in Monroe to come and get your pizzas from Daniel once again shout out to him for being such a great guy !!

Ordered delivery and when I received my food the box was open and food was missing. I tried to call 3 times and was placed on hold for over 10mins before I was disconnected. Sent a complaint to corporate thru the websiteBut yea wouldn't

Ok the last three times I ordered a pizza I always order extra peppers in the box, I always get charged but never received them. I talked to a manager prior to today's she said the next order they will be in there tell the manager whose working. When I ordered I explained to the lady who toke the order, she guaranteed they would be there, but wasn't. Called back the manager who was working was so nasty and rude! I paid 26.73 for a pizza and I only wanted my peppers, told her I was going to call corp she says go ahead, guess she knows they are cool with them being rude to customers and taking their money. So I say DON'T shop with this papa John's right here they are not right, go next door to PIZZA HUT

Workers shouldn't be serving burnt food! Just because it's a delivery doesn't mean we should get burnt food! I pay for delivery plus even tip the driver!!! One way to control your food waste is to watch what your cooking to avoid tossing them out or delivering it to customers. You probably don't care what I say, but other customers can take this into their consideration the next time they think about ordering food.

I used to like their pizza’s. But now they are one step ahead no one. I can find a frozen pizza that is way better and less then half the cost. They have gone down hill very fast, will never order one again. Over priced junk, better luck getting a gas station pizza then theirs

I ordered a pizza through door dash with NO cheese as I have a dairy allergy, I received a pizza with cheese. Even the side of the box said “NO CHEESE” yet my pizza still had cheese on it. Unacceptable. Thank goodness for DoorDash refunding me my money.

I stood at the cash register for a good five minutes before I was spoken to by the staff, and asked for my order. I wanted to order a pepperoni pizza, and was told to order it online because it was a special. Also I asked to see a menu it was also online. By the end of my time there the staff was friendly it just took a while to get to that point.
