Terrible service! Boxes were not sealed, pizza was barely warm (probably because it was ordered at 5:19 and didn't arrive until after 6:30, it was only suppose to take 43 minutes). Management was no help, just said its on its way, we don't know where the driver is.

ZERO STARS!! I placed my order at 6:20pm through the app 2 hrs later no pizza.... I always order online from this store and never have any issues. I checked the tracker and it stated my pizza was 1 min away...20 mins later my order NEVER arrived. I called the store 3 times to speak to a manager (first 2 times no one answered). I finally speak to someone and state my issue, she tells me that my order was delivered and check my porch.... I told her it's not there! She then proceeds to tell me "the delivery driver said he dropped it off, it was his last stop"...again Miss, I don't have my food and don't have a reason to lie. I requested a refund which they gave me. My complaint is they HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! My 4 children waited for pizza on a Friday night only for it to not be delivered!!

It's papa John's. If you want fine dining, go elsewhere. Ordered their spicy garlic pizza for pickup. Was ready really quickly. Under 15 minutes. Went to pick it up. Was able to pay quickly and get my pizza and it was correct. Exactly what I was looking for.
Forgot an item on my online order back in March. I called them afterwards and they told me they would credit my account however I just called them to place a carryout order and they have no record of this credit and they tell me they do not deliver to my address which is 1.9 miles away - and they have delivered here in the past. What a joke!

When I walked in the lady at the front was RUDE, she looked at me and walked away. The 2 delivery drivers were RUDE, no "excuse me" just an expectation that I was to move out of their way in order for them to get by. I'm so glad I DIDN'T leave a tip when I purchased online.

Every time we order from this location for delivery, they forget to deliver an item. I called to see if we could get the item refunded and was told that wasn’t an option. We were given the option of having it remade and delivered to us in 1-1.5 hours (it was getting late and we were putting our baby down and didn’t want to be disturbed late) or getting a store credit. We didn’t want the store credit as we don’t plan on ordering from this store any longer.

I had a problem with an online order on 02/08/2023 and the manager on duty Luke was very helpful in resolving the complaint. He handled very professionally and I wanted to thank him for that. I know a lot of places are short staffed and yet they still do their best.
