We ordered a thick crust pizza and received the thinnest pizza EVER with the wrong toppings!!! The food quality was horrible, and the service was just OK. We will definitely go elsewhere next time!

It feels like anytime I order from here or come here there is a problem either they take to long or they gave me the wrong thing and they can’t even read apparently I ordered a cheesy pasta that comes with breadsticks and I got chicken and no breadsticks please do better or shut down

I can’t eat tomatoes I asked for Alfredo sauce and they put red sauce on my pizza, make sure you give the customer the right food this could have caused me to have an allergic reaction

I will never order from them again worst experience ever. They first delivered the order wrong and I immediately called. They then said they would fix it and 2 hours later I received my order after calling 3 times and being hung up on twice. The guy on the phone wouldn’t do anything about it and said well at least you got your food. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a delivery. I will never buy anything from this Pizza Hut in Monroe Ga again.

Ordered from here tonight, my pizza is undercooked.. they also didn’t have wings since their fryer or something was broke. Wouldn’t recommend this location; I rarely come to this one but tried it today & will not be back.

Undercooked breadsticks. Don't order wings they expect you to shake the package to cover cold chicken with the little sauce they put in container. Manager friendly but not very willing to fix problems.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas with extra cheese, boneless wings, and breads ticks. Clearly extra cheese wasn't added. Infact the pepperoni pizza slices had several slices missing cheese all together. The bacon on the second pizza was primarily fat and both pizzas were over cooked. The boneless wings were so dry and dark and there was no flavor of lemon pepper we couldn't even eat them. Breadsticks were fine. Waste of 60$ dollars.
