Ordered a large extra cheese stuff crust pizza for my son today. Got my confirmation email at 5:01pm. Pizza was supposed to be here at 5:31. We live less than 10 minutes from the store. At 5:50 I called to see what the hold up was, was told there was an issue in downtown holding drivers up over 20 minutes. Food finally arrived at 6:10 as I was leaving to go to the parts store. I went through downtown to see what the issue was and there was nothing going on and traffic moving flawlessly even for 6:00 traffic. I made it to O'Reilly's parts store across from Pizza Hut before my driver made it back to the store. Thankfully the pizza was still warmish.

Called up there to ask a question about a pizza and was told “I don’t have time for questions we’re busy.” How do they expect business when they treat there customers like that?
The pizza and service was fine, took me a half hour to order on your crummy web site. Screens took minutes to refresh then would error out completely.

I placed an online order.1. My Chicken Alfredo was only cold Alfredo and Pasta no chicken at all.2. My Italian Pasta was uncovered and cold3. I ordered 8 bottles of drink6 Dr.Pepper2 Mtn DewInstead of receiving the 8 drinks that I ordered, I received 3 Pepsis and 1 Mtn Dew4. My Cinnamon Sticks and Cheese Sticks were in the same box, and both of them were not completely cooked.5. After trying to call five times, I was put on hold with no answer for four of those calls and one call being disconnected. Each time I called the answering company states they can only take orders they are not allowed to handle or resolve order issues. They offer to transfer to the ordering store. Then why are you answering the phone on behalf of Pizza Hut. I am so annoyed by this locationI have yet to receive a refund for any of my food that was not delivered or a return call. I don't recommend this location at all
