My grandchildren and I visited the location in Monroe GA yesterday and received excellent service. The customer service was excellent, the food was fresh, and the restaurant was clean. I noticed what seemed to be a new crew also. What a difference a new crew makes. Keep up the good work.

Today, Saturday, around 11:30 am I decided i wanted a fresh hot Spicy chicken sandwich combo, (#1 )with a coke and 2 sweet and spicy dips from Popeyes. When i pulled up, there was no one in the drive thru or inside, I used the drive thru. I placed my order , pulled up to the drive thru and when the cashier came to the window she was in a full conversation on her cellphone which was in her hand and held to her ear. She took my payment and of course, my order was wrong and I did not get what I asked for, what she gave me was a NON spicy chicken sandwich , they were out of coke so I ASKED for a Strawberry lemonade she gave me a Sweet Tea , and the fries were luke warm and super greasy. The food was not served fresh and hot. I will no longer patronize Popeyes, the service and food has been lacking for some time now and their prices are ridiculous. Farewell Popeyes!

This Popeyes in Monroe, store 10878, makes the best fried chicken, they beat of all the other Popeyes around. The customer service is great and they keep the store clean. Unlike the Popeyes in Loganville, that served a fried mosquito on a piece of chicken, when I contacted the manager, the manager was nonchalant about the situation.

Service was amazing. The young lady who brought out my food was really nice and she gave me mixing bbq sauce since they were out. She definitely went above and beyond and made my experience amazing!
Every time i order pick up here i wait atleast 15 minutes.... their service on the weekend is terrible.

This has to be the worst location on in Georgia. Here it is 9:00pm on a Saturday night and we ordered through the drive thru just for them to park us to the side along with 7 other cars!!! Yes 7! They have 7 car parked the young lady has no clue which order belongs to who! This is terrible

My son had a job interview scheduled for 10am. When they saw him approach, they did not come to the door to let him in. We knocked several times. They looked directly at us and still did not come to the door. I assume he is not the right shade of color to get an interview at this location. I'm extremely irritated. Do BETTER!
