I bought a family size with 12 pcs of chicken, 4 strawberry cream cheese pies, a large side of mashed potatoes and fries but they didn’t put the fries for my kids in the bag! I appreciate that they have to cook the chicken fresh and wait for a while but they should pay more attention on the customers border before they even served it! I’m so disappointed because this is not the first time I’m missing a side dish and paid $50 something dollars!!!!

The chicken was pretty good but $18 for me and my son to have a couple of nuggets for lunch. Please God let Trump kick these people's ass and get prices back down to reasonable...

The biscuit was ok, I had red beans and rice, it seemed watered down a bit and when I asked for a half lemonade half sweet tea the young lady told me they don't do that then when I asked for the manager instead of her coming to the window she stood off doing something else and told the young lady to tell me they don't make anything that they don't have a button for. They refused to make my drink and the manager looked strung out twisting and turning her head all funny moving her mouth like a drug addict. I will never go there again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to spend their money there either.

Recently moved to the area and I love Popeyes Chicken. This is my third time coming to this location and every single time the food is lukewarm at best and the meat no matter what I order is always old especially the chicken sandwiches. It's always dry and you can tell it's been sitting under a heat lamp forever. Unacceptable and this will be my last time eating here

Very rude guy at drive thru. I ordered the 3 for $5.00. I asked what pieces can you get. He said you get what they give you. They don't switch it up. I should have left then. When I got to the window, I gave him my card, and he left to go get himself a drink. He came back, taking all the time he could, and gave me a wing, (which I hate) a leg, and a thigh. I asked for hot sauce, and he said they didn't have any and won't have any until tomorrow. Then he closed the window in my face. Did not ask me if I wanted a different sauce. Definitely will not be back here.

Ordered online and order was directed to a resteraunt 45 minutes down the road. Not the location I had selected. So the food was not ready, and the cancelation of the online order was difficult at best. The manager was very patient and helped us out the best he could. Food came out fast and was good. Chicken was standard popeyes chicken. we had a 50/50 mix spicy and plain. The mashed potatoes never have enough gravy to cover the potatoes. All around, I can not complain about this location. Good job, team Popeyes!

This location is ridiculous I stoped to day to get the 3 for $5 I asked for white meat and spice chicken the girl sad it depend on what the person put in the box. I told her i can order it on the app and get it y can’t I get it at the drive thou then she say Again it depends on . What the persons put in the box I did knot no Popeyes is give mystery box of chicken this is crazy u don’t no what u getting till u get your box I never new a One restrain to do this. So the last 2 times I've gotten food from this location it's been a dumpster fire. 2 weeks ago I ordered some food on the app. One of the things I ordered was their classic chicken sandwich. I get there and they tell me they have no chicken sandwiches at all. They give me tenders that tasted like they had been sitting there since the day before. Today I again ordered from their app. I ordered a small Fri, 12 ghost pepper wings and a large drink. I arrive to get my food and they tell me they have ZERO bone in wings. ZERO! How does a chicken place have no chicken wings at 1130am. So they tell me they can give me boneless wings, but they don't do the ghost pepper on those. So not only do I not get my wings but I can't even get the flavor I wanted. And on top of that the fries were soggy and gross. This place is a complete mess.
Rude employees and was cut off multiple times while trying to order. Part of my order was wrong because they were out of something that I ordered and nobody told me. Food was good, but overall terrible service. If the food was bad, it’d be one star.
