Pot Luck Café in Monroe is an absolute gem! It’s a true family-owned restaurant, and you can feel that the moment you walk in — the owners are right there, running things with care and heart. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the whole place is spotless, charming, and so welcoming.
The food was **amazing** — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. Every detail, from the warm atmosphere to the excellent service, made our visit special. It’s rare to find a place that feels this genuine. Highly recommend Pot Luck Café — we’ll definitely be back!

Pot luck is great place for breakfast. The food is always delicious and the waiters are very sweet and friendly. I have been going there since September of 2021 and I have taken my grand babies since they were little and they love going to pot luck!! great restaurants ♥️♥️

A first timer, was initially leery with number of cars and crowd so early and thought I'd have to wait a long time to get seated, but I decided to try it. The waitstaff are amazing, always on the floor at a table and asking if you need anything. Food was great too. The biscuits are homemade but more like a dinner roll - but that's just a matter of taste. I will definitely return.

While I appreciate the fact that they are very very busy, I stood at the register in front of the young man that was apparently running it for 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. A nod, one finger held up to indicate I'll be right with you in a minute or one of the servers that passed me and said excuse me numerous times is good for business. We all want to be seen especially when we desire spend our money. The young man did offer me a complimentary soda after I spoke to him about how long I stood there unacknowledged. The sausage biscuits were The best part of the visit... As a country town the potluck Cafe needs to remember that Good service should include warmth, personality and going out of your way... After all you're on the clock! And I'm a visitor from out of town...
