We stopped in for a scoop and a hot day. And we made no mistake.Kids was in aww even my husband who keeps talking about coming back .Ice cream was fresh and the cones too.This maze of candy galore was insane.Customer service needs some working on.Little pricey but well worth it.When we come back to visit we will return.

Atmosphere was OK inside but on the patio outdoors where we ate was literally disgusting like it hadn't been pressure washed or cleaned for weeks.... Remnants of cones for days ice cream spills all over the place tables were sticky and filth ridden.... Come on management that's your end to make sure the folks that spend an arm and a leg on your ice cream can enjoy it without sticking to the tables on a nice sunny day at the beginning of spring.... Seemed it hadn't been cleaned since fallof last year!! Spent $32.00 on 4 ice cream cones and a bottled orange Fanta 2 Scoops per cone and they didn't even fill the cone with ice cream once the 2 Scoops were gone that was it..... Kinda felt a little robbed at basically 7 dollars per cone after tax.... I'd rather just go get a whole box from Walmart for 4 to 8 dollars depending on what brand you choose and a pack of cones for 4 dollars and fill the cones and save the extra 20 especially in these hard times..... Didn't feel anything like I got what I paid for but she was new the other ladies had to help her with the check out on the register so 3 stars is just for her first day or week!! Gotta remember to fill the cone especially when the cone coat almost as much as the ice cream! Sorry Scoops our family won't be back anytime soon until I go by and see some major changes and it's sad our family were good customers last year!

Don't get a coffee. They don't train their employees to make the "gourmet" coffee. Not worth it. Service was awesome and the employee did their best trying. Kudos to them 100%

Located in downtown Monroe, this ice cream restaurant is a sweet haven! With colorful decorations and a wide array of candies, chocolates and caramel apples, it’s a treat for the senses. But the real star? Their banana pudding ice cream is absolutely bomb! creamy, flavorful, and utterly delicious. Also there are booth seating inside to enjoy ice cream with your friends and family or go on a date! Definitely my go to ice cream place.
