I see why people say if they could give a review with zero stars they would. Ive tried to like this location but this is THE worst Starbucks hands down. From the drink's missing ingredients/being wrong, to dealing with attitudes from managers (Kie), and wait times? It's all ridiculous. For this monroe location my advice to you is to clean house baristas and managers, if you want this location to last. I love me a delicious coffee but when I'm in Monroe for work ( i work at the hospital) I have no choice but to go to Dunkin'. There's always an annoying issue when i go which has made me like Dunkin' even more than i would. Waiting for them to reopen. Give' em the pickle - Bob Farrell

Good, knowledgeable & helpful staff who were able to assist me with my order (even when I was a bit confused an so probably confusing in my placing of my order). Pleasure to deal with the workers at thelis location (an on a side note, loved the memories brought back from the music they were listening to in the background).
All in all I look forward to my next trip there to obtain my coffee treat ;) lol@self

Coffee was horrible and both our cups leak. I can’t wait until Dunkin reopens after their remodel.

I tried to order a drink with nondairy cold foam and they told me they discontinued it when they make it in house so I went and look my business to loganville Starbucks which is by far the best one !

I’ve really tried to like this location. I live in the city but work nights in Monroe, so I frequent Starbucks often especially this one. Unfortunately, the service here is consistently slow and below standard.

Today, I ordered a grande matcha with four pumps of peppermint syrup. For that size, it should’ve been pretty sweet, but the drink was grainy and had no peppermint flavor at all. I asked for it to be remade, and while the second attempt was slightly better, it still lacked taste. At that point, I just left.

It’s disappointing because I genuinely want to support this location, but it misses the mark more often than not. I wish I had constructive feedback to offer, but there are so many areas that need improvement, I honestly don’t know where they should start.
