I bought a carrot cake that you made from John’s Super Market. It was the best Carrot Cake I have ever had. Usually carrot cakes are dry but yours was not. I will definitely buy another cake from you again.

What has happened? We have purchased cakes from Sweet Memories for year's but quality has beenreplaced with dry, gritty icing, lesscake, less of what we now get.Less quality ingredients but stillare expensive.

Received one of these cakes as a gift... probably the worst red velvet cake I have ever had. Cutting into it was like cutting thru a piece of bread, literally had to saw thru it. There was very little icing between the layers, and it was very gritty. One of my employees called it "Red Bread Cake". I do not think anyone has even finished a piece before tossing it out. I suggest you guys change something before it is too late.

I paid $36.08 for a carrot cake from Sweet Memories Bakery at David's Produce Market. I picked it up on the way for 1 of my employees birthday. It looked beautiful (Hence the 3 stars) but it is dry as a Styrofoam brick and the icing is grainy and gritty. I'm hoping that this one was just old or a bad batch. At the end of the get together, no one's cake is near half way gone. I can tell you that it was no where near what I expected for $36, next time I'll swing by Publixs.

If you are within 200 miles of any of the places who carry this bakery's cakes or baked goods, it will be worth every mile to drive to get one. Their cakes are hands down the best cakes I have ever had anywhere. Their Italian Cream Cake is orgasmically great. You will want to serve everyone at least two slices of whatever cake you get, as everyone will insist on a second piece- or more. Turn off your ovens-let these amazing people make your cakes for you! Can't choose on a variety- get them all, you won't regret a single mouthful!
