I literally come here 3-4 x a week. This restaurant was amazing until they hired some black chick w bright pink hair. She works the drive thru. She's very impersonable w a bad attitude. And every time you go through the drive thru, she makes you back your vehicle all the way up to reset the timer they have. She NEEDS to go, or else y'all will be losing the $50 I spend here on a weekly basis.

Worst Tacobell around. Ive lived in Monroe for 12 years every time I’ve ever been there I have always had issues. They always ask for you to reverse to restart their timer for the drive threw they are all extremely slow takes 25 mins to get threw the drive threw at 10pm with only 3 cars in the drive threw! Tonight they forgot my large nacho fry which was the only thing my girlfriend got to eat so she didn’t get to eat anything from tacobell needless to say my food was colder than my drink! This place needs to be shut down and everyone fired and something that’s actually worth being there should be put in its place!

It seems like the employees at this establishment, are unable or unwilling to read. We ordered Uber eats, and received not one sauce. We had 15 sauces on our ticket. Not one sauce in the bag. Very disappointing.

Always place mobile orders for in store pickup but the app is consistently wrong. Service in the store is always great but the food is never ready on time. Taco bell needs to fix their app.

OH MY GODDD ... I JUST USED DELIVERY TONIGHT OFF THE APP FOR THE FIRST TIME. AND THE LAST TIME!!!
TACO BELL, YOUR STAFF IS LAZY AS HELL! THESE PEOPLE HAD THE AUDACITY TO SEND US OLD HARD STALE FOOD!! AND THEN ONTOP OF THAT, WE DIDNT EVEN RECEIVE THE ENTIRE ORDER THAT WE PAID FOR!! WERE MISSING SIDES.
THEN YOU CANT EVEN DISPUTE IT ON THE APP THAT YOUR MISSING ITEMS FROM THE ORDER. ITS JUST LIKE, WHATEVER WERE CHARGING YOU FOR IT REGARDLESS IF YOU RECEIVED IT.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! THE FOOD WAS COLD, STALE, DISGUSTING... NEGATIVE STARS!! YOU PEOPLE SHOULD BE FIRED. YOU CANT EVEN DO YOUR JOB. Bought 2 cheesy double beef burritos last night and they had so much grease in them I just threw them away. Literally the last bite I took was nothing but grease. Like do yall strain the meat? Also the staff are not friendly and don’t even ask if you need anything. 0 stars. Shity service.
