I door dashed this and the wait time wasn’t too bad, however all of my food was wrong. They forgot one of my tacos, put sour cream on my burrito that I deliberately said no sour cream. Dr.Pepper was flat, everything was just wrong. Wouldn’t recommend

Service was very slow. We ordered 6 tacos WITHOUT tomatoes. The tacos had very little on them, a dab of sour cream, were soggy and were LOADED with Tomatoes!!!! They want $15.00 hour. Im a CNA for the elderly and I only charge $12.00 hour . I went to school. TACO BELL is not a skill or profession. C'mon!!

Why make you order sauce through the app, only to still not receive sauce?!
Went to go pickup food for my boyfriend the other day, walked in to an absolutely packed restaurant only to be ignored by staff for 15 minutes. Finally figured it would be easier to get service through the drive thru so at least I could listen to music by myself. Proceeded to sit in said drive thru for 30 minutes, only to be told my pickup door dash prepaid preordered food could only be picked up inside. At the speaker I was told the food was ready. Pulled around and walked into a line of people ordering at the register. Lo' and behold, no one is up front. Finally after making awkward eye contact with stranger for 5 minutes THE SAME GIRL FROM THE DRIVE THU SPEAKER HANDS ME MY FOOD OVER THE COUNTER. Of course the drink wasn't ready and I had to wait for that as well. If I could give negative stars I would. This place is awful.

Ordered 6 quesadillas, and a burrito/taco bo. When I received the order I only got 2 of the quesadillas even though I was told it was all in the bag. Awful service, took way to long and was shorted 28 dollars worth of food!

Didn’t order from this place for a year for a reason. Order a DoorDash 1 time and they don’t even put the whole order in the bag and seal it…. What can I say right? Pay 25 for 2 chicken quesadillas to get 1 after waiting 45 minutes…. Great job, now I know why I stopped buying food from you guys. Everyone else should too.
favorite Taco bell and near the house - always quick and accurate. Staff is friendly as well

Just went to this Taco Bell and decided to go inside to order rather than the drive through. Walked in guys behind the counter saw me and ignored me for over 5 minutes, heard one guy say he needed to go home rather than actually helping me to the female manager. Would have left if my kids didnt specifically ask for it. I finally just ordered from the kiosk. 10 minutes later they made the food and I asked one of the guys who ignored me if he put the sauces I ordered in the bag. He looked directly at me and lied to my face and said yes. Got home and saw that the sauces were not there and some of the order was incorrect(shouldn't be surprised). Can't imagine getting paid to do a job and literally not doing it. If you can't or won't do what you are hired for you shouldn't be there. Making sure to let taco bell corperate knows as well

0/10 every time no one there ever gets my order right and never has good customer service never answer the phone and when u ask them to correct your meal they roll there eyes and have a additude I understand everyone might not like the job they do or have but atleast take care of ur customers
Side note went there to night 20mins from home and ordered food and was missing more then half of my food and was never asked if I wanted sauce I will be contacting corporate bc this is ridiculous
I've had a couple horrible experiences at this Taco Bell. Staff does not care. Drove through yesterday and realized I had forgotten an item, so I requested it when I got to the window. The young man working the window came back with an attitude telling me it was company policy not to allow me to order the item I forgot.
I challenged him telling him that I had done it before without issue. He gave me a dirty look and shut the window. I still hadn't been handed my drink or requested packets of sauce. I sat there for 2 minutes waiting, only for him to come back with an attitude and asked me why I was still there. I told him he didn't give me my drink or hot sauce. I got another dirty look as he got the rest of my order together.
The guy working the window was young and I could tell didn't care one bit about customer service. I haven't decided yet whether or not I'm going to contact corporate to complain.

I literally come here 3-4 x a week. This restaurant was amazing until they hired some black chick w bright pink hair. She works the drive thru. She's very impersonable w a bad attitude. And every time you go through the drive thru, she makes you back your vehicle all the way up to reset the timer they have. She NEEDS to go, or else y'all will be losing the $50 I spend here on a weekly basis.
