Paid for an hour of games. The entire time the game would glitch making it basically unplayable. Informed our waitress after each failed game. Was told “ oh this one is glitchy”. We requested to be moved to one of the open game tables so we could actually play the games we had already paid for. We were then told “oh they all do this but your time is pretty much up anyway. I’ll bring y’all’s ticket and discount it %10” 10% was a whopping $3 off.
The food… the chicken wrap could have been made with Dino nuggets and you wouldn’t have been able to tell because it was so drenched in buffalo sauce you couldn’t taste anything. Their “ house fries “ are nothing more than frozen Arby’s curly fries from the local supermarket. Don’t go thirsty because we weren’t even offered a refill on our drinks.
We drove 45mins for a fun family dinner that consisted of frozen Walmart food and games that didn’t work. A complete waste and still had a $80 ticket.

I like the Thirsty Moose, in particular the Piled High as a wrap, I can't eat this as a full sandwich, way too big.
Was in on the afternoon of June 24. Ordered the piled high as a wrap as per normal.
The wrap arrived about half the size of the dinner portion wrap and I asked the waitress if it was the lunch portion to which she responded yes.
When the check came, the bill was for a full dinner wrap at $14.00. I asked the bartender who was handing the bill out and he showed me on his order taking tool that there was no place to order a lunch portion of the piled high as a wrap.
I explained that the menu clearly had a price inside a circle for the piled high which denotes a lunch portion. The I explained it was not my problem that their ordering tool does not have a way to order the lunch portion.
TERRIBLE oversight on someone's part!!! If you cannot properly bill for a lunch portion, then stop making those half size sandwiches and billing full dinner price for it!
The bartender did actually comp my lunch because of this mess up.
Hopefully someone will get that fixed.

Food is affordable, fresh, hot, cooked to order & DELICIOUS!! Very good atmosphere, friendly staff, Mr. Moose is awesome & cold adult beverages ... all this in Beautiful Downtown Monroe!! ~ who could ask for more 💯 Highly recommended!

Took our daughter and her family out for a Sunday Brunch/Lunch. No wait as they only had 1 other table at the time. Service was ok atmosphere was ok no falcons Game on but I guess the one table of 2 Steelers fans turned all TV to there game. So question a turkey club sandwich in most cases doesn’t it come with lettuce and tomato? Not here and when I asked the young server she had no clue. I asked if I could get tomato she said no the sandwich doesn’t come with tomato. I know that now. So at the end I asked to pay she walked over with a machine and said you ready to pay I said yes. She just looked at me me at her and said can I see the bill. She handed me her tablet. I wanted to see the cost before paying she said they don’t give receipts until you payed. I said huh? The bill for 4 adults and 2 small kids was over a 120.00. Won’t be returning to this restaurant again.

The Thirsty Moose is so yummy. The food, the atmosphere, the staff all EXCELLENT! If you get a chance to talk to the owner, and I could kick myself cause I didn’t get his name, but he’s very kind and has an interesting story, we thoroughly enjoyed talking with him. We didn’t get a chance to play the sim games but we will absolutely be back to play. Definitely check this restaurant out!!

Would've liked to give 5 stars. Unfortunately, when my meal arrived, entire bag was soaked in salad dressing. My soda was missing. Fries were cold. Driver was very apologetic. I believe in 2nd chances. We'll try another time... Thank you for your response. I did order via Uber Eats/instacart...

Everything was really great! They weren’t busy while we were there around 530 on a Friday night. The house fries are so good!! Parking was surprisingly easy and at the front door!
