Bald store manager took our order wrong and was EXTREMELY disrespectful at the drive through intercom. Had both me and my wife thoroughly infuriated. If this is the type of workers that Wendy’s allows to represent them, they should be ashamed. I’m not one to leave reviews EVER, but he deserves it. No customers should have to deal with what we dealt with. We were rushed to order, and our order was wrong. Sad.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. It comes with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I asked for no lettuce or tomato. What I got was a regular (not spicy) chicken filet and lettuce.

So they got the bun correct and no tomato.

Won't be going back here again.

I went to this location with only 1 car in front of me. However, I waited over 40 mins for my food with no good customer service. They were rude rushing my order and got my order wrong anyway! Then after receiving my food, my burger was as stale as they come. I don’t recommend. There is a better Wendy’s 15 minutes away.

Man whoever cooked these fries was probably cooked themselves. Either that or they were looking up tanning tutorials by Carrot Top (the rest of the food was also over cooked too so it wasn't just the fries.. not sure who was cooking)...

What happened to customer service? This place serves good food. Wrong food in the bag. But the employees that talk in drive through start off attacking before I can even open my mouth to tell them I did a mobile order.
