Food is good and service is fine. But we’ve been here on two separate occasions where the fountain drink station is not working properly.

Most importantly the food is good. Chicken and fries are arguably better than the current/future others in the shopping center. Service and atmosphere was lacking. Staff asked us if we needed any condiments or sauces, then just directed us to the self serve bins. Over half the self-serve drinks were out and the staff shrugged when asked about it. Out of the 6 napkin holders, 4 were empty without care to refill while the team stood behind the counter.

The most problematic issue was really the indoor setup. The left door is a dedicated exit only but blocked by tables and chairs (that's concerning) and the right door serves as the normal entry/exit. However the indoor flow wants you to navigate through the scrunched tables to the far left to order just to pickup food on the right and travel back left to sit. It doesn't feel like the indoor space is meant for indoor seating.

Had the fried chicken sandwich. The chicken was over cooked. Couldn’t even bite through it. Won’t waste my time or money eating there!

Great place. I love their cheese steak with onions, bell peppers and mushrooms on.

This place is always on point. The fried rice is excellent as are the wings and burgers. I don't eat them, but am told the fries (regular and sweet potato) are very good. Also a hamburger is only 5.99 which is a rare price in today's inflation.

Ordered the bacon onion cheese BURGER....it was a good vegetarian sandwich, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, cheese. Bun was big but
the burger patty was so thin I was about to ask if they forgot to put it on. Finally found it between the lettuce & cheese. I've never seen a
burger patty this thin. Fries were hot.

Sooooo good! I got the burger and it was delicious! Tasted like a gourmet burger but without the gourmet price. It was fresh, loaded with flavor and delivered with a cool imprint on the bun! The fries were perfect. Hot, crunchy outside and soft inside. This place will be a regular for me!

Ordered the “key west wings” completely unseasoned, tasteless and small wings. Very disappointing. Tasted like old grease. Fries burnt, will not return.

I had the wings & rice combo— best fried rice I’ve had in a while and the lemon pepper wings were so good! Also the employee that took my order over the phone was very helpful!

Their wings are some of the smallest in town. They’re expensive for the size; it’s almost as bad of a deal as the wings at krispy krunchy; being $2 a wing. Here; they’re over $1 a wings, and it takes 3+ wings to cover the palm.

That being said, their burgers are great. Good size, keep you full, actually taste good. Still high as hell like everything else (and everywhere else), but it’s at least sustaining. The wings taste good, just aren’t worth it.

The delivery preppers at the Monroe location just can't get it together. Salad, no fork. Paid for fries, no fries. Upcharge for sauce for anything except a salad. The salad with chicken is great, I actually have to remove cheese and bacon from the salad bc it was too much
Burgers and fries are good. Service and correct orders are the problem
