Came here for a four piece and only got a two piece

Has to be one of the worst locations on timing. It doesn’t matter if there’s no one in the drive thru or store,, or if there’s 5 people in there, you’re consistently waiting. I guess that’s the only thing they can be consistent with.

Hate hate hate coming here food is great but service is so extremely slow for barely anyone in the store also if you’re a dasher u will be serviced last u will wait 20 to 25 minutes for pick up everytime!

Ordered a Big Zax snack and boneless wings … it took a lil longer to get the food (10 min or so)
I assumed the boneless wings maybe were not prepared so they had to cook … received food .. no fork with the wings … chicken tenders were hot and fresh … fries were warm not hot by no means but….one bite into the boneless wings and they were refrigerator cold … I ate the tenders and trashed the rest VERY DISAPPOINTED for the cost !

Just left this location. Ordered a kids meal and a dinner. Got all the way home and there was no chicken in the kids meal. No chicken, in a chicken meal. I called to request that someone bring the chicken as I ran up there before a friend dropped off her kids for us to babysit and I don’t have the ability to go back up there with all the kids and they have no solution. Offered to replace for free, not free if I already paid for it and now the expectation is that I go back there to make their mistake right.

A great employee that they have her name is kristina every time I come in she is so sweet and always a hard worker and has a smile on her face....

We got a kids meal and a kickin chicken sandwich. The grease for frying absolutely was old. I had to drive back thru the drive thru because there were 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and no fries. Get the fries and they were freaking disgusting. Looks like they were old and refried. The grilled cheese wasn’t quite grilled and my granddaughter kept saying Yuck! Wasted money. Should have just waited to get back in my side of town for better service because this wasn’t it.

On google it says they close at 11pm. The past couple of weekends I have been able to place an order on DoorDash after 10 pm and they’ve taken my order and everything was fine and dandy, yet today on 10/26/24, they canceled my order, turned their online ordering/doordash ordering off and yet they are still open. Disgraceful.

Don't eat here they have messed up my order a few times and when I have called to let a Manger know I was told they will give me a refund but because they can't get my order right to not order from them anymore???? Really like what I had different things i had order in the past and they can't get it right so it's my fault and don't order from them ??? Yes I will be calling the owners and letting them know how a paying customer is being treated by them Diego he said he was the manager at Zaxby's in Monroe Ga ...

Just can not seem to get a simple order right..had high hopes for the remodel..looks nice but still can not get anything correct.
