Horrid. Only desperation would make me eat here again. It's a shame. I am sure the employees are lovely people, just supremely bad at supplying food that is appetizing. Everything we ordered was either cold, overcooked or incorrect. I ordered a chicken pot pie and got an apple pie. Every station with napkins was empty, every garbage can was overflowing. Don't be hungry in Montezuma.

*BEWARE: BLACK SPECS IN CUP* I usually grab food from here whenever I'm traveling back home from work. Today, I decided to check my cup, and upon checking it, I discovered black stuff in my cup. Mind you, I ordered a Sprite, so there shouldn't have been anything black in my cup. I am very disgusted and will not be coming back.
Absolutely horrible service. Sat at the drive through about 5 minutes without anyone taking my order so I left and spent my money elsewhere!

Employees were arguing with each other-everyone was in slow motion like zombies-waited approx 20 minutes to get order that was ready and sitting under heat warmer. Finally someone said that is her order. They would stand and talk and argue while getting orders ready and just stop to argue with each other-worst experience ever!!

The staff was happy and talkative, I had the BLT salad with raspberry vinaigrette, the chicken was grilled, the bacon was real and crispy, the salad was already cut up into small pieces, I absolutely loved it

I have yet to have a successful curbside order. I have tried curbside a few times now at different parts of the day and they all end the same. I am parked for over 10 minutes. I try to call and no answers the phone. I either have to go in or go through drive through to get my order. Every time is an excuse and they don't look very pleased with me calling them out on the fact that I am even there to begin with. You can clearly see curbside pickup from the drive thru window. How hard is it if you see someone parked in one of the spots to check your orders? Instead I am told well most people just come in to get it if we don't bring it. That is not the purpose of curbside. If you are going to offer it then it needs to be done correctly.

Okay, I see a lot of reviews about the service here. While I have seen the employees be preoccupied with other things occasionally, most are pleasant enough to me. My food is always what I ordered. I’ve door dashed here a few times as well. They were prompt and helpful with those delivery orders. Now I did see this one young lady petting a dog and then handing someone a bag of food …that was disgusting. But for the most part it’s a cute establishment with regular fast food employees. Dont expect service you would get at Olive Garden here.
