Best breakfast deal among fast food competitors. Can't beat the $6 breakfast deluxe. Plus it good too. Wendy's & BK taste like crap

Honestly I'll never eat here again, they can never get the order Correct it seems, and if you pull up at 8:30 in the evening they say the milkshake machine is down.
The food already is McDonald's grade anyways, don't waste your time here!

Purchased a 12 pc chicken box and received 2 hot wings instead of 2 regular legs inside of the box. This is very unacceptable.

I will never come back to this place. I returned tonight as a leap of faith, and they worsened my existing dissatisfaction and turned it into complete disappointment and distrust. I have never in my life experienced anything like this. They are seriously a joke. I ordered a salad through the mobile app - informed upon arrival to the store that they do not have salads. I then asked for a refund, only for the manager to tell me I had to go through the app for that. The app does not have a section for refunds so I proceeded back into the store and asked for a corporate number to contact in regard to getting my money back, to which the manager on duty LIED to my face and dismissed me, saying she had no number to provide to me, instructing me to “check around the doors” of the lobby. I walked around the entire perimeter of the dining room, checking all doors and posted placards/licenses which were of no assistance. I had to call nearby DAWSON Ga jack’s (shout out to them, NEVER had a problem there!) to finally receive the number I was requesting in the Montezuma store. I will never go back there and will encourage others to do the exact same. I still have no refund even offered or submitted yet. All the times I’ve come here to Montezuma, the staff all have the same attitude: irritated/annoyed demeanors and always seem ready to go home. They need to hire people who are willing and able to provide service with a smile, and offer more assistance to their loyal customers in instances like this. From what I hear, they only ever receive negative complainants, so I’m sure that’s why they wouldn’t give me the corporate number. But to the lady that lied to my face, I hope you are dealt with accordingly. Nobody with your attitude or inabilities should hold a managerial position, especially if you have no intent to actually manage when needed. Good luck to you and this poor excuse of an establishment y’all are running.

The cashier was very friendly and professional the other staffer was standing around scratching the head lean over the food that cause you don't want the food and the attitudes are bad in on the phone I did not their hands very loud

The food was very salty, and luke warm at best. The staff were busy at front desk carrying on loud conversations the entire time i was there. The bathroom looked disgusting, and had to go use the bathroom in the nearby Dollar General. Absolutely avoid and go to the nearest other Jack's location

I had one bad experience after that though every other time has been amazing the girl that work there are the sweetest and always give us fresh hot food. You might have to wait a few minutes but it's worth it

This place was not at all as any other Jack's I have visited. The food was cold. We were told that they didn't have any more strawberry pies, so my partner opted for apple. I originally ordered apple. Neither was on the bag, but there were 2 strawberry pies. We were missing one box of fries and had to turn around to get the other box of cold fries. There was so much disorganization going on in the kitchen and behind d the counter it was amazing that anything left correctly at all. The women were too busy chatting it up with each other and arguing back and forth amongst themselves that the front line just waited and waited.

Traveling and limited number of breakfast restaurants. Chose this one.
Placed an order on line and had to wait for it to be prepared.
No customers in the building all were drive through.
Presented with a bag and I had to ask about sauce and a follow up on my drink.
Chose a semi clean table and opened the bag.
Hash browns were missing.
Back to the counter and I could see the order on their computer screen.
No apologies were offered.
Food was so luke warm and hash browns were cold and stale.
Multiple times staff was in the dining room on their phones.
Don't see any reason to return and I have removed the app from my phone.

Great place for stopping for a good meal or snack. Chicken and burgers 🍔. So no matter how many is in your group of if you're soloing alone. Still a convenient place to grab a bite. Yum!
Used drive thru!! Friendly service asked questions if we needed anything!!! Food was hot served with a smile!!
