I ordered the double quarter pounder with NO CHEESE combo. The girl was on her cell phone talking about a birthday party. I get down the road and see 2 slices of cheese after specifying NO CHEESE. Employees should not be on their cell phone when waiting on customers, mainly to ensure they get the order right!

It gave me diarrhea and the fries was soggy and didn't have barely any salt on it and the cheese burger was very thin and cold and they only gave me one pickle but the service was kinda good the lady was nice and stuff i appreciate that

I went there, worth my firstmind saying, “it’s late. Just eat in the morning”. But no I go to McDonalds. Which is the only thing open in Mongezuma after 10. I order a M.C. double meal. I get a M.C. Chicken. My fries, colder than a polar bears toe nails. I go back around and they give me back the same fries but hot. How do I know? The driver knocked some of the fries out on to the ground while handing them to the worker. There were maybe 15 fries. It was like the ones that come with the happy meal. I tried calling. No working number on Google. Sad. Sad service. Get the kids out of your restaurant.

Tried going thru the drive thru in the middle of the day and no one took my order and the workers were on break and said they were closed down an to come back in 15 minutes.I would recommend the management to find new workers with a better work ethic.

Dear owner of this location hopefully you might care. Lights off refusing to take orders at 10:15 pm. Tryed to refuse to make my mobile order for totaling $30 plus dollars. The app let me the place order because they dont close until 11:00. Everyone knows mobile orders won't be refunded. I pissed them off so I got nothing close to what I paid for and 30 minute parking lot sit.
The service is always slow .you always have to pull in a parking spot no matter what you order..when they bring the food out they go to all the cars with their face in the bag like they forgot what they brought out.. I am sitting here as we speak waiting on fries that only takes a few minutes to cook and its been 20 minutes and they ain’t brought it out yet.. I go to different McDonald’s and if I have to wait it’s never long.. but this one’s terrible

There has not been one occasion where I came into this restaurant and wasn't completely dissatisfied. There also is any any occasions where I didn't have an employee that was rude and dismissive don't call corporate on them because it makes no difference it does nothing and when I say employees are rude and dismissive I'm including manager this is the worst restaurant probably in a 50-mile radius don't go here corporate does nothing the owners do nothing

I stopped at Macdonalds in Montezuma to get a cup of coffee this morning and I stood there a long time and waited for someone to take my order and they were not very busy the problem was 3 of the workers were standing there on their cell phones!
