There has not been one occasion where I came into this restaurant and wasn't completely dissatisfied. There also is any any occasions where I didn't have an employee that was rude and dismissive don't call corporate on them because it makes no difference it does nothing and when I say employees are rude and dismissive I'm including manager this is the worst restaurant probably in a 50-mile radius don't go here corporate does nothing the owners do nothing

I stopped at Macdonalds in Montezuma to get a cup of coffee this morning and I stood there a long time and waited for someone to take my order and they were not very busy the problem was 3 of the workers were standing there on their cell phones!

*Update* Always great service. I thought the double cheeseburgers were on the 99¢ menu but I misread it. I wanted to just let you know that I misread it and I am sorry. There wasn't any fussing though. The workers here are very courteous always!!!! I have gotten food from this location a few times now since I started working in Montezuma. Staff is so courteous. Food is always hot, fresh, not overcooked. My order is ALWAYS correct. The food is delicious! I live in Warner Robins and the ones there are awful! Rude staff, cold or overcooked food, salty beyond belief, messed up orders from getting the wrong item, missing items, ect...Down here in Montezuma, I have NO complaints!! Keep up the good work! You all rock!!!!!!!

While passing through town my family and I stopped at the store. The service was amazing, possibly the best I have ever had at a McDonalds. The food was freshly cooked. The bathroom needed a little cleaning but not terrible. All in all a great experience!

Had an order to go. Cashier was really nice. Couldn't find a button for removing an item so she told the kitchen staff directly and they got it right.Small town vibe here. Everyone seems to know everyone else. If they don't recognize you, you will get that look! Haha.Overall a good lunch from here.
